Another targeted parent from #Pennsylvania has come to me with disturbing allegations of retaliation and unresolved civil rights violations. He’s one of several PA parents reporting similar concerns.
After exposing what he described as a Marxist teacher-training program to Fox News, he says school officials doxxed him. A counselor’s husband reportedly showed up at his home and peered through his windows.
He says the retaliation continued, but his civil rights complaint has been pending for two years, and he still can’t get answers from @CivilRights.

🚨 BREAKING: Trump DOJ official caught on tape calling conservative parents “terrorists” over email demanding accountability
In a stunning leaked recording, a top legal adviser to @DAGToddBlanche - former judge Vance Day - referred to conservative parents as "terrorists" and declared: "We don't negotiate with terrorists."
The remark was made in response to a December 23rd email from parents demanding action by January 15th to address alleged DOJ inaction and misconduct. The email, described by insiders as a "desperate plea" for accountability, was instead interpreted by DOJ officials as a threat.
That label was directed at a group of conservative parents pushing @TheJusticeDept to investigate what they say is ongoing government weaponization against families, whistleblowers, and dissidents.

I ran across this passage in “Mila 18” by Leon Uris about the rape of Poland by the Nazi regime. Because the church in Germany and Poland refused to make a stand, millions perished.

1. Pam Bondi rescinded the Garland memo.
2. After initially continuing the “parents are terrorists” trope, @AGToddBlanche’s DOJ declared “parents are NOT terrorists” and acknowledged what I’ve said for five years: this weaponization was federally orchestrated.
What has NOT been done—but must be:
1. White House recognition. We’ve repeatedly asked @POTUS to welcome these brave parents to the White House and honor them.
2. Speedy restitution. Establish a settlement process, including for parents submitting SF-95 claims.
3. End the ongoing abuse. Parents nationwide still face harassment, and people like me still carry fraudulent criminal convictions. DOJ must press the state, local and school officials who participated to seek dismissal of charges, vacate convictions, clear records and issue public apologies. That includes destroying the #FBI files on us that should never have been opened. @FBIDirectorKash
4. We need investigations, subpoenas and action by @usedgov against state, local and school-level participants and withhold funding where legally warranted if they don't make it right.

I’m getting multiple reports from parents across the nation that the weaponization against them continues, despite the actions of this administration.
We urgently need the DOJ to act on the report, step in and undo the damage done to us by the agency under Garland, and also take steps to stop the weaponization that continues in many areas.
I and the other #TargetedParents are more focused on restoration than retribution; I can see how "an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind," and we have to stop the pendular swings of political lawfare somehow. However, regarding prosecution, I also defer to the wisdom of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, who wrote:
“It is unthinkable to fail to distinguish between what constitutes an abominable atrocity that must be prosecuted and what constitutes that ‘past’ which ‘ought not to be stirred up.’ In keeping silent about evil, in burying it so deep within us that no sign of it appears on the surface, we are implanting it, and it will rise up a thousandfold in the future. I’m asking members of Congress to urge @SpeakerJohnson to subpoena the NSBA, local law enforcement, and school administrators who colluded with Garland’s unconstitutional targeting of concerned parents. Congress must investigate those responsible, issue subpoenas, and condition federal funding on correcting these injustices.
Parents like me still living with outstanding warrants or criminal records deserve immediate relief—unjust judgments vacated and records expunged.
Five years later, we’re still waiting for justice. Acknowledgment isn’t enough. We need accountability—and restoration.
