Lost in the final last year, but has learnt from it and taken the positives. Channelling Nicholson’s Col Jessep “please tell me that you have something more. Wednesday are on trial for their lives. Please tell me our promotion hopes are not pinned to hugs and telling a few jokes”
#SWFC fans, stop what you’re doing and listen to @stockogk1313.
Emotional, funny, brilliant and just what you need to hear tonight. There’s a second video coming too.

Masterclass from @Sjopinion10 on TalkSport this morning re. Leppings Lane and motivations of press. Emotional subject covered with the balance and fairness deserved.
Chapeau, Longshanks. . . Chapeau.

youtu.be/OjXkmhAXrkk Viewer discretion advised. Respected ghost hunters, “Paranormal Hauntings”, descended on Wadsley Church and booted up their state of the art ITC software. Strap in for 21 minutes of bone-chilling contact with alumni of the local asylum. #WalterPresents
Over the moon to be back tweeting on Musk’s Townhall Twitter. I return with two huge pieces of Sheffield @BBCCrimewatch history. The first sees x3 #SWFC replicas make their way to live broadcast. The time stamp is a giveaway to all the bellingcats out there. . .
But a rudimentary google search will tell you #SWFC leaked 5 against MUFC the night before. Sue Cook delivers quite the quip to Camera 1. Deft handling of the situation. Total pro.
The second VT shows Carrack of Crookes requesting help in finding his stolen axes (Cambridge of all places. . .). Wonderful turn in the Crimewatch studio from @PCarrack - Nick Ross cuts a solemn silhouette as PC soothes overworked detectives manning the phones. Great theatre.
Can see plenty of scene members killing a number of birds with one stone here before getting on the iron donkey back to the shires.

Thank god I don’t follow this buffoon. As Lowenthal said - if the past is a foreign country, then it has a thriving tourism industry. . .and this garbler is Thomas Cook!
A 9 year old cat *randomly* found its way onto a football pitch. Patrons now doing a £10k whip round. As Welles said: if you want a happy ending, that depends, on where you stop your story. This story should have ended with the cat meeting a shovel under the south stand bridge.

If you stand by the riverbank long enough, the body of your enemy will eventually float past. – at Sheffield, England
Irony. The Star and JPI Media hold the moral high-ground on business models. Who’s holding the post-mortem on the mess this tawdry rag has become? Their product stinks of cookies. If DC needs a press officer - I will darken the doorsteps of these snake oil salesmen! – at Sheffield, England
The postmortem begins. Sheffield Wednesday has long been a mess. But now it's a League One mess.
A look at the people who have let a famous football club descend into a source of embarrassment to its fans, who deserve much better.

We’ve not evolved to a point where we can handle 10,000 people giving their opinions every 5 minutes. – at Sheffield, England
Accountability always lands at the top. But responsibility has to be spread. Scholars put the fall of the Roman Empire at c200 root causes. This is no empire we see before us - but to blame Chansiri alone is pretty lazy. But since when did Twitter do detail. . . – at Sheffield, England
A man who talked about a culture of failure during his tenure. . . But from the start he knew ‘in his heart, that there were a lot of things wrong there’. Can we refund this fraud for some of his ruined Saturday nights?
What chance did we have this ‘leader’ in the foxhole? – at Sheffield, England
“I knew in my heart before I took it that there were a lot of things wrong there..”
Sobering stuff from Garry Monk, who first and foremost is a thoroughly, thoroughly decent human being.
