Japan just signed a 10-year deal to bring in Bangladeshi workers. Higher projections estimate upwards of 100,000 Bangladeshi workers per year. Prime Minister Takaichi, what are you doing?
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The Oct 2026 summit joint statement projects ¥1T Japanese investment creating 200k jobs in Bangladesh, with no worker intake numbers. A separate ESDP MOC enables recruitment from Apr 2027 with no quotas or 100k. The 100k is a private 5-yr target. mofa.go.jp/files/10110746… mhlw.go.jp/content/118000… ryoron.com/en/articles/ba…

JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon warns Europe is falling dangerously behind America economically… and blames anti-business, anti-investment, and anti-innovation policies. 🇺🇸🇪🇺 “If you don’t believe me, go to Europe, folks. Europe used to have a GDP per person of 90% of America’s. It’s now 65%. It’s on its way to 50%. That will jeopardize the health of Europe itself over time. And it’s all anti-business, anti-investment, anti-innovation. They kind of know it. If they don’t fix it—and we should help them fix it, because Europe matters—it’s really bad for the Western world, too. We should do it wisely.” Europe shift over the past three decades has proven decimating for their economy. Aging population forces mass immigration in order to maintain adequate growth. Crazy regulation and bureaucracy slows innovation and investment… forcing the economy further down. At the same time, the United States has pulled ahead exponentially and will continue to do so. Europe is struggling.

This chart is simply mind-blowing. It’s a perfect visualization of the German “green” energy transition though. Let’s take a look. 1. Germany increased its installed energy generation capacity since 2000 by a whopping 120%, yet German electricity generation fell by 13%. Isn’t that a paradox? The answer is simple, renewables do not generate electricity constantly, as required for an industrial nation, so they need parallel energy-generating infrastructure, e.g., gas. That’s the main reason countries that moved to renewables, like Germany or the UK, have the highest energy prices for industry and households. 2. Based on fairly conservative estimates, Germany has spent about €400 billion on this “green” energy transition, an eye-watering amount. 3. Higher energy prices have made German energy-intensive industries uncompetitive. Industrial production imploded, and countless well-paid jobs disappeared. This explains the reduction in energy demand and generation. 4. By shutting clean nuclear plants while keeping coal and gas, German energy production generates about 10 times more emissions than France’s. You read that right: 10 times more. If Germany had switched off coal power plants first instead of nuclear, by now it would have avoided CO2 emissions equivalent to Berlin’s emissions over almost a century. Keep that in mind next time you chew on a paper drinking straw. 5. Worse still, production moved from Germany to Asia, where the same products generate far more emissions in manufacturing and shipping. A Chinese-built car shipped to Europe causes about 70% more emissions than one built in Germany, cement production causes twice as many. Honestly, can you name a bigger absurdity than the German “green” energy transition? They spent a fortune to ruin their industry and hurt the climate badly. Isn’t it hilarious that German greens seriously claim other countries will follow the German way? In which parallel universe do these people live?

I can’t stop crying. Can you believe this is Japan? People are marching through Shibuya, right in the heart of Tokyo, waving Palestinian flags. What the hell happened to my country?

Muslims block an entire road to pray in Japan. It starts as a public nuisance. Then through immigration and breeding, they multiply and seize your country overnight. The Islamic invasion into the East must be stopped.

A senior writer for Dragon Age: The Veilguard and Ghost of Yōtei has joined Bethesda Game Studios, presumably to work on the next Elder Scrolls game. If you've seen how terrible Starfield was, and how censored Oblivion Remastered was, this shouldn't come as a surprise. Your expectations for Bethesda should already be rock-bottom. And given that we now have Chris Avellone's account of BioWare hiring people based on their political beliefs (linking my post on that in case you missed it), and that this is almost certainly an industry-wide practice, it's hardly surprising that this Veilguard writer had no difficulty finding new work. This is yet another example of failed studio rejects being rehired by their ideological allies at other game studios that are also marching toward their doom. I'm afraid the Western video game industry is most likely doomed to collapse entirely before it can be rebuilt. It seems like all we can do is keep our wallets closed, voice our grievances, and let others know what needs to be done. The DEI/woke cancer is terminal. teapawt.org/GeraltofGoonia/status/…
Chris Avellone (best known for Planescape: Torment, KOTOR II, and Fallout: New Vegas) talks about BioWare's hiring practices. To the surprise of no one with common sense, they were discriminating based on political beliefs. They literally went through people's LinkedIn profiles to see if they were woke enough for the studio. If you were wondering why the Western AAA industry is in the shape it's in today, this is the reason. Here's basically how I imagine it all happened: First, studios started hiring based on DEI because companies wanted an easy ESG paycheck. Then, the DEI hires, mostly white liberal women who aren't gamers, started hiring people based on the criteria Chris Avellone talks about. Then, slowly but surely, studios ended up being entirely made up of liberal lunatics, or at best, people with no political beliefs. DEI is basically a virus or a cancer. teapawt.org/ChrisAvellone/status/2…

🚨 BREAKING NEWS! 🚨 Prime Minister of Bangladesh is set to visit Tokyo to discuss a deal to send 100K Bangladeshis to Japan every year for the next 5 years. If the LDP accepts the deal this will be the biggest act of Conservative treason since UK's Boris Wave & Merkel's Open Door Policy.

I can't believe it! The governor of Hokkaido, Japan, said, "We hope many people from Pakistan will come to Hokkaido and play an active role as partners supporting Hokkaido." That's unthinkable! Can you believe this person is the head of Hokkaido? The voters made the wrong choice.

This is not Pakistan. It’s Seoul, South Korea. A lot of people don’t know this, but South Korea has one of the highest levels of immigration in the world right now. I genuinely don’t understand why so many countries have collectively decided to commit suicide by importing people from completely different cultures. I get that South Korea has the lowest fertility rate, but this won’t solve the problem. It will only make it worse.
