Thereâs a 2 year warranty on iPhone duo, if it breaks because of a manufacturing defect, itâll be replaced. Donât see the big deal đ¤ˇââď¸

Most banks shouldnât have a problem with that? - which bank has said no?

But people wonât move ecosystem just because theyâre marketing them. If people wanted a Samsung theyâd have got one years ago
General airport lounges are a broken model... you now get lounge access with any old package holiday. It's no longer a "luxury" (aside from airlines own lounges where they are strictly accessible on status/ticket class). It's definitely no longer of value to Amex (or similar) card holders.

But people are in one ecosystem or the other, so the comparison is like comparing a house to a boat - you can live in them both, but they appeal to a different type of market for a variety of reasons.

Itâs all about perspective. The actual % of failure may well be in tolerance? We donât know, and frankly I donât care. Thatâs what warranty is for.

Itâs also quite a UK thing to be jealous. Many Americans I know have a much better positive outlook on success for others!

Exactly. Itâs not really a question of whether android phone is better than iPhone, itâs a question of which of each of those ecosystems phones is best for your needs. Haters and âfansâ in each camp - whoâll never agree which is best, as it depends on which ecosystem you live in!
Revolut just launched UK personal loans: ÂŁ2kâÂŁ25k at personalised rates from 6.9% to 29.3%.
29.3% is credit-card territory.
Given Revolutâs user base (younger, often secondary account, thinner credit files), the low-rate tier is going to be a small club. That means many young people will be agreeing to (likely) gamified loan offers at an extortionate rate.
This is no doubt a money maker for Revolut ahead of IPO, but itâs got a Klarna feel to it?
