Still very concerned about spread of #COVID2019 to many other countries but sold all of my $RCL 03/20/2020 105 Puts right before today’s closing bell.
IDK. Continue to read scary reports emanating from the Far East so not convinced this is going away. Hard to believe the cruise industry will not be further impacted. Actually purchased a half-position of $RCL Puts before the close.

My $ABUS journey began as a guinea pig in Moderna’s COVID-19 trial. 6+ years later, it felt rude not to participate in the TO.

OOH; Interest is real, but can UMB prove causation & liability?
OTOH, $5 settlement arguably saves Bristol ~$7.5 BILLION against potential $15-per-CVR judgment & eliminates the risk, expense & unwanted exposure of a public trial.
$BMYRT Kudos to USDJ Furman for working late on a Friday. He endorsed the letter & set trial for January 24, 2028.
That said, IMO, there is less than a 5% chance Bristol ever walks into that courtroom. Discovery has a funny way of making even “clean” laundry look dirty.
$BMYRT — Excellent news. Trial as early as November 8, 2027, & $BMY passed on rehearing. Another delay avenue closed.
IMO, forget the 2028 dates. W/the appellate detour ending & a trial clock now coming into focus, I remain confident this gets mediated & settled in 2027.

$MRNA - Disappointed for patients that BioNTech ended their PH2 Colorectal Cancer clinical trial after receiving data.
I remain short Moderna…sincerely hope I am wrong but those freshly printed convertible notes may not be worth much, if anything, at maturity.

Merck $MRK and Moderna $MRNA personalized mRNA cancer vaccine slowed the return of melanoma and its spread to other parts of the body in a Ph3 clinical trial.
No data disclosed yet, but the study was stopped for positive results at the first interim analysis.
Magnitude of benefit TBD, but this is a potentially huge breakthrough for cancer patients and the use of mRNA to treat cancer.
