NEW: Disney shared new details about the two restaurants coming to Monstropolis at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2027. Harryhausen’s will be a table-service restaurant with an eight-tentacled sushi chef Audio-Animatronic. Disney shared details and photos of ramen with tonkotsu broth and alkaline noodles, plus monster-inspired touches like eyeball-shaped fishcakes and green eggs. Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza will be a Monsters University-inspired quick-service restaurant. Disney also plans to bring Blort, Monstropolis’ popular soda, to life as a purple frozen drink topped with “Scream Apple Foam.”
