Apparently, my existence has led to some contraversy... (I've been talked about by a few prominently notable youtubers, @Leaflit and recently @ValliantRenegad ). Most recently, someone was talking about my take on what I think is going to happen with the Harry Potter HBO show... I'd been talking about the fact for over ten years that eventually technology would reach a point that all the woke-casting twisting and perverting of properties was going to end because each person would be able to choose and select which actors THEY want to see in a property and alter it in whatever ways they see fit. This is, obviously, a threat to the status quo... and one they won't take lying down. The problem with their likely approach is it would entirely destroy and gut free use entirely to crack down on such technology. Not that they won't try. The thing is... Legend and Myth doesn't belong in the ledger book of major corporations. Commodification of cultural identity and the leveraging of ownership over it does not change that ultimately the things we, as a culture, choose to elect as important to us belong to... us, the culture. Regardless of copyright law, and regardless of what corporations try to do with it. How can I say such a thing? Look at what happens when corporate oversight and woke-casting bomb a property that consistently made billions for years (Star Wars), or a legacy franchise that lasted decades of devout fandom (Star Trek/Dr. Who). Despite the desires by the "Rightsholders", their relative success or failure? Is determined by us... the people. And it is by our choice whether we choose to consume the property as it's presented to us by their artifice. And now... the technology for the people to decide their OWN myths and legends is once more in our hands. Three centuries of aberrant ownership conception over ideas is going to now be put to test... and I do not think it will survive. Not because it does not have allies willing to pour an empire's worth of fortune into it's defense... but because the walls will not hold against the current batch of AI offerings... much less what is about to come out within the next year. So, in my previous call to arms regarding being on the "CUSP" of a major revolution in entertainment, I had mentioned that now would be the time for the collective fan community of Malfoid and Harry Potter to wait for them to release their drek and the fans would correct every single episode that drops. I still think that's the case. This fight over cultural identity isn't going away, it's only going to become more obvious with time. It's coming for all of us, and its time we made a stand while we have the momentum. So... Yearners, those who have been inspired to create, write, generate and imagine a resurrection of the Chivalric Mytho-Poetic Romance in Malfoid and Harry... Gird thyselves and put on the armor of God, for I feel things are about to get.... very interesting in the next six months. #Malfoid #HarryPotter
