YOUR RIGHT TO CHOOSE.
With mandatory folic acid fortification approaching, I'm compiling a list of independent flour mills offering unfortified flour.
If you know a traditional stone mill, watermill or windmill producing flour without added folic acid, please tell me.
Let's make informed choice easier.

they’re calling it “Black October” and i don’t think people realize how serious this is
in the last 48 hours there have been over 27 major cybersecurity incidents. not in a month. not in a week. in 48 hours
any ONE of these would normally be the biggest story of the year
PHP: critical vulnerability in the software running 80% of the web. severity 9.2 out of 10
Node.js: high-severity flaw letting attackers take over servers remotely. affects versions 22, 24, and 26
Java: also compromised. three of the most used programming languages on earth hit at the same time
GitLab: a perfect 10 out of 10 severity hole in every version since 2014
Railway: hosting platform compromised. API keys for OpenAI, Claude, Stripe potentially exposed
Signal: a bug that could leave your mic and camera on after you hang up
WordPress: hackers stole a plugin maker’s keys and planted backdoors on websites
LiteLLM: an AI tool downloaded 3.4 million times a day was poisoned with a password stealer
and that’s not even half the list
thousands of AI agent swarms are reportedly scanning and attacking vulnerable servers right now. automated. around the clock
security researchers are saying this might be the early stages of a global cyber incident that nobody fully understands yet
if you run a website, use cloud services, store API keys on hosting platforms, or use any software built on PHP, Node.js, or Java you are potentially affected
update everything. rotate your API keys. change your passwords on critical services. enable 2FA everywhere you haven’t already
this is not a normal week on the internet. this is something different

The period we’re living through is the result of a century long effort to weaken and then destroy Western civilisation from within.
They first dismantled the fabric of society. Christianity was not merely a private belief, it was the moral and cultural framework that bound the British people together across class and region.
Once that was successfully undermined, the common language of right and wrong, duty, and restraint began to dissolve.
At the same time a ‘de-education’ project took hold. Instead of transmitting the culture, history, and habits that sustained our civilisation, education was used to distance each generation from what came before. And even to hate it.
People were also steadily made more dependent on the state. As families, churches, and local communities lost influence, the state expanded to fill the gap, redefining the terms of social life itself.
Britain today already looks nothing like the country our parents and grandparents knew. What we are sleepwalking into will be a darker place still.
Resistance, if it is to mean anything, cannot be purely political or reactive.
It requires deliberately rebuilding the things that were dismantled: restoring the transmission of culture and tradition through family and education, reducing dependence on the state by strengthening local and voluntary institutions, and reviving our shared Christian faith.
Without that foundation, no political victory will last.
Having good leaders at the helm will help us, but the rest is up to us.

In 2022 a shockingly empty chamber of the House of Commons for my debate. It was the Worlds first parliamentary debate on ‘Excess Deaths’ following the Covid ‘vaccine’ rollout. Something which affected every community and every constituency in the country, but your ‘elected representatives’ were not interested.
But the BBC were interested and added their own subtitles/captions ( displayed in the images) to the live broadcast. I subsequently had a complaint to OFCom against the BBC upheld. The BBC said they added their own subtitles/captions to give ‘context’ to my speech.
The BBC have never done this before or since to any speech by an MP in the House of Commons.
It was clearly preplanned and the subtitles/captions were mostly unrelated to what I was saying.
Following this outrageous behaviour by the BBC I cancelled my TV licence and gave away my televisions.
Now they want all of us to pay the BBC tax again through a tax on our internet access.
