When a service users requests are refused by staff

(The right to choose how they work with/assisted by)
The Right to a Social life (staffs refusal to take them)
Those staff members become abusers
Right to Basic hygiene ( upkeep of service users ignored) abuse this is not personal centered care)

In 1998, after Gerrie Ulrich was found murdered in Italy, Dutch police searched his Zandvoort apartment and recovered CD-ROMs, disks and computer material containing large quantities of child sexual abuse images.
The Belgian group Werkgroep Morkhoven had obtained some of the material from Ulrich beforehand and passed portions to police and the Dutch broadcaster NOVA. Viktor En, the ambulance driver who arrived with Valentina Molodaya at the Azov house in Petropavlovskaya Borshchagovka near Kiev, has been ordered held in custody without bail.
