Every time the Big Ten speaks on controversial rulings, it’s more infuriating than the call at hand.
Describing what is, perhaps, the most black & white rule in all of football a “judgment call” is something.

Condolences to the kid at LSU who practiced all summer, about to get cut a week before kickoff because Dae’Quan Wright couldn’t find a spot in the NFL
History: the Browns are waiving tight end Dae’Quan Wright and, if he clears waivers, he has an agreement in place for the 2026 season to play for LSU, per agents Drew Rosenhaus and Kyle Lincoln.
Wright is believed to be the first player who could play for an NFL team, and then go back to play in college.

Players today spend more time in cages looking at screens and less time in the sandlot competing, having to learn how to play the game without coaches.
The players, coaches and organizations who still value fundamentals, stick out more today than ever before!

If I were in charge at Detroit Mercy, I’d get every lawyer I could find (half of them are on this app) to sue the stuffing out of the NCAA for this. You can’t have an open-season transfer portal and APR. Especially not at the mid-major level.
Breaking: Detroit Mercy men's basketball has been hit with a postseason ban for 2027 by the NCAA after another APR violation -- the program's third in the last decade -- school officials confirmed to me. This comes as the program seemed to be trending up. detroitnews.com/story/sports…
