have been training my younger sister recently, and she has been consistent in the gym for 2.5 months now!!!
Her goal is too build strength and that is exactly what we have been doing!
She weighs 55kg and squats 30kg. She is close to lifting her body weight on a trap bb deadlift.
Its a delight to see her progress and grow into this independent gym girl 🎀🥰
She trains 3 days a week and absolutely loves it!
If you too are looking to start somewhere , I am sharing her split here (that she started with)

freegym.ai is the only platform where women will never need to worry about their safety, dealing with trolls and bullies, or having people explain what they should or shouldn't do.
We don't debate freedom, equality, and safety because we simply build systems that inherently possess those qualities. On FreeGym, these safeguards are so natural and invisible from Day 1 that you don't even have to think about them. They're baked into the design.
Women can focus purely on being creative, sharing their health and fitness journeys, and winning in life. Trolls, if one ever surfaces, vanish automatically. It is built directly into the platform.
If you are a woman who lifts, is just starting out, or wants to begin strength training, join @TinyMuscleJerry’s community for women on FreeGym.

You can share your lifts, gym fits, or ask literally any question. It is a strictly zero-troll zone and the safest space for women to talk fitness. You have our word on that.

@TinyMuscleJerry would love your recipes on freegym, they were useful to all my clients!
Lezzgooo💪
Really looking forward to @TinyMuscleJerry’s posts on freegym.ai.
One of the reasons I’m excited is that when you build a new platform, you get a rare chance to set the culture from the beginning.
I want FreeGym to have a culture where seeing a woman be really strong is completely normal. It shouldn’t feel like a statement or something unusual. That should just be part of what the place is.
That is much harder to change on legacy platforms, where years of incentives and algorithmic choices are already baked in. But we have the opportunity to get this right.
The founding community and creators will shape that culture, and we’ll do everything we can to support people like her who help build that culture.
And more broadly, I want FreeGym to be free of a lot of the shit other social networks have normalized: stereotypes, ragebait, low-quality posts getting boosted because they get engagement, terrible scientific rigor, people being rewarded for being assholes, and algorithms that actively make all of this worse.
A lot of social media ended up optimizing for the worst parts of people because those parts happened to generate clicks.
We don’t have to do that. We can build different incentives. We can do this right.

I was just listening to one of Rida Tharanna’s rant about women safety in this country and she said
“women take autos so they can jump out of it ”
Its sad how this resonated so well with me.
Every time i take an auto or a cab alone and the driver takes a road with no person in sight or just small tea stalls or trees on either sides - i really do think about ghastly scenarios which might NEED ME TO JUMP OUT OF THE AUTO for my own sake.
In those times I also feel grateful for the body I have built which might enable me jump while taking minimum damage from the impact.
Its tough being a women in this country, and men will never know . Sigh.
Drinking coffee after 7pm on a sunday night is absolutely wild☠️
Fyi I have to wake up at 9am tomorrow so I can reach office by 10:15🥺

I played football in the rain with random kids in Kuala Lumpur today 🤗🤗🤗
“Football speaks in every language. Any country, any city, any town you go to, if there is a football there and you pass it to them, they will pass the ball right back to you. It just brings the whole world together.” (may not be the exact quote)

I hit two Squat PRs in a single day yesterday 🥺
It was magical. My coach said it was one of those legendary sessions that is very very rare.
I had been experiencing a squat plateau for months now and THIS HAPPENED 💪
82x1 and 85X1 btw.
