Wait till Connor Stallion uses these on opposing coaches.
We’ve raised $1.3M from YC & Afore Capital so you never have to type or speak again.
Typing is slow. Talking into your computer is awkward. Subvocal fixes both
Our glasses give you the speed of speech without you making a sound or touching a keyboard.
It tracks your internal speech muscles with non-contact sensing and decodes silent, almost invisible mouthing into text at more than 200 words/min.
Pre-orders are now live at:

SNOW!! South Dakota DOT cameras are picking up snow in western South Dakota today. MSP typically averages its first measurable snowfall (0.01") around November 6th. Last year it was late (11/25), but in 2023 and 2024 MSP saw the first measurable snow right around Halloween!
Quite the gap year
Canadian teenager Laken Pavan was arrested in Poland on espionage charges in May 2024.
Laken joined the Canadian Armed Forces’ Bold Eagle cadet program at age 16 and trained as a combat engineer. But he soon felt unfulfilled with his military service and schooling and decided to go overseas to gain some new life experience.
On April 15th, 2024, Laken asked to be excused from English class to go to the restroom and instead walked outside to begin a voyage to Ukraine. He took a ferry to Vancouver, flew by himself to Istanbul, and then on to Moscow. From there he traveled to Donetsk and joined a volunteer group called Interbrigade.
After Interbrigade members realized he was only 17 years old, they planned to send him back home as soon as possible. He mostly spent the next few days in limbo but was detained by Russian FSB agents who’d learned of his presence. Over the course of a week, they interrogated him and then recruited him for operations in Europe.
Laken traveled first to Copenhagen. He communicated with his handler “Slon” via Telegram and the Instagram account @astridjenson.dnk and received small payments in Bitcoin for his expenses. Slon told him to report any and all interesting connections with foreigners in the city, such as US military personnel on vacation. The initial plan was for him to reenter Ukraine and join a militia unit, while reporting back to the FSB.
After a short period in Denmark, he moved to Warsaw, where he believed it would be easier to withdraw Bitcoin. But shortly after arriving he drunkenly confessed to a hotel worker and then to police that he was in Poland as a spy. He was immediately arrested, several weeks before his 18th birthday.
Laken was convicted and sentenced to 20 months in prison. He spent his 18th and 19th birthdays in prison. In mid-August 2025 he was released and deported back to Vancouver.
For episode 216 of the Spycraft 101 podcast I spoke to Laken about his journey to Ukraine, his recruitment by the FSB, his time in prison in Poland, and putting his life back together afterwards. The episode is available now.

Week 8 schedule quirks:
• Hawai‘i @ Northern Illinois is a conference game between schools separated by roughly 4,200 miles. Hawai‘i would have a shorter trip to Tokyo, Guam OR Mexico City!
• Indiana is going for its 1st win in Ann Arbor since 1967
• Virginia Tech visits Clemson for the 1st time since 2012 - incredible considering both have been ACC mates since 2004
• Texas Tech makes its 1st trip to Cincinnati
• Michigan State heads to UCLA for the 1st time since 1974 and plays in Pasadena for the 1st time since 1966
• USC visits Wisconsin for the 1st time since 1965
• Iowa State heads to Arizona for the 1st time since 1966
• Houston visits Utah for the 1st time since 1977
• Kansas State returns to Arizona State for the 1st time since 1989
• Oklahoma-Mississippi State meet for the 1st time ever
• Duke-Virginia will play for the 3rd time in 342 days
• Cal @ SMU is a 9 AM body-clock kickoff for the Golden Bears
The Kansas basketball fan experience site is for sale. It would be a shame if somebody bought the site to redirect it to Iowa State.

OMFG! This response from @AbdulElSayed to a completely bigoted question is probably the best thing I’ve heard all year.
Every bigot in America needs to listen to this three times.
