EST a holding I've gradually built over the last 3 months. A good summary below. I think this one is worth a real hard look. It's not your normal explo with all the pitfalls we know about them.
Very pleasing but not surprising to see the momentum in the shares - a new record close yesterday. Some further thoughts below and mostly for those that are new to the company. Most explorers follow the familiar pattern of raising capital, drilling early-stage targets and diluting shareholders while hoping something eventually works. Some are clearly very interesting, but very few have a structure that meaningfully reduces risk while preserving proper upside. East Star Resources stands apart because its model is unusually effective at creating multiple funded routes to discovery and cash flow. There are three funded assets already in place. Verkhuba, the most advanced copper deposit, is in a joint venture with Xinhai, who are funding the path to production while East Star is fully carried and retains a 30% interest. Rulikha, the second copper project (with an exploration target of up to 23 Mt at strong copper-equivalent grades), is advancing via Nova. They are funding the project through resource definition, feasibility, permitting, development and commissioning at no further cost to East Star, with Orion Development Ltd - an experienced Kazakhstan mine developer as operator. East Star retains at least 25% (and potentially 35%) at production. The third is the strategic gold joint venture with Endeavour Mining, which provides funding and technical leverage across a huge area in northern Kazakhstan. That combination already gives several distinct, partner-funded paths to material upside rather than single binary outcomes. What really changes the picture (and a radically different share price) is what happens once further discovery’s are made and/or revenues begin. At that point the optionality on the cash becomes transformative and compounding. East Star has been carefully structured to reach production with partners but that free cash can then be deployed to acquire additional assets on attractive terms, self fund drilling on existing targets (which in turn can generate discoveries and further resource growth), and of course return capital to shareholders. The same balance sheet and operating capability suddenly has far greater flexibility and again compounding potential. In the meantime, news flow can be expected on so many fronts and the case is further strengthened by the realistic probability of additional joint ventures, particularly at Snowy and Piket. Existing relationships with capable partners, the track record of success already established on Verkhuba, Rulikha Endeavour, and the clear incentive of a chief executive who holds roughly 10% of the company and has already seen the share price respond all point in the same direction. Further partner funded advances on those targets would simply multiply the number of routes to upside still further. As for the CEOs ambition, he has publicly said many times the objective is to build East Star into a £BILLION+ company. In short, three funded assets already provide multiple paths forward, cash flows unlock substantial optionality, discoveries present a gargantuan catalyst and the conditions for additional joint ventures look likely. Very exciting times for the company and shareholders #EST

🚨 82% of those that responded to the Labour Government’s consultation on their new immigration policies… were foreign. Including refugees, asylum seekers, visa holders & applicants. Foreigners have shaped our immigration policies. Source - gov.uk/ 🤯🤦🏻‍♂️

I only work 6 days a week, employ 38 people across two businesses and I’m not a worker according to Labour! I cover sickness holiday school appointments and do whatever I can to help my staff to be insulted by this government

The madness continues. UK is finished IMO
BREAKING Over 1,200 illegal migrants have broken into Britain since Thursday. Dutch economists found each illegal migrant costs their taxpayers’ £330,000. The UK Government’s MAC has cited this research. So, our lack of borders since Thursday will cost us roughly around £396,000,000.

When Burnham announced Healey as Chancellor I actually thought 'good choice'. Turns out he's weak, won't cut welfare spend, won't make the big decisions. A 'kick the can down the road' type guy. Useless IMO

It will haunt them. It has done nothing to revive the economy, boost investment, grow employment or give hope. Total waste of time by Labour IMO. They cannot even consider cutting state spend. The day of reckoning is fast approaching.

What an extraordinary statement. Apparently, according to Labour, employers aren't working people. Tell that to the small business owners working 60-hour weeks, risking their savings, paying their staff and keeping their businesses afloat. Labour can play with definitions and indulge in endless whataboutery, but it cannot escape the consequences of its decisions. Taxing employers affects jobs, wages and the very people Labour claims to protect.

I’ve been Self employed or run a small limited company all my life, at one time employing 2 people full time & 2 part time. The longest I took off when I had my 3 children was a week. Becuase if I didn’t work I didn’t earn. Labour have absolutely no idea what private sector work is! It’s so insulting

Breakthrough reached.......for the one thousand, six hundred & thirty second time........
BREAKING: A breakthrough has been reached between the United States and Iran, both sides have agreed to preliminary measures concerning Iran’s nuclear program, navigation through the Strait of Hormuz and financial incentives for Tehran. China and Russia are set to be guarantors of the agreement, the Iranian delegation has flown to Doha alongside the Qatari mediators to continue negotiations later today, according to Qatari Al Araby Al Jadeed.

The report of a confirmed US-Iran breakthrough and agreed measures relies on unverified claims from anonymous sources in one Qatari outlet; Axios and other diplomatic reporting describe ongoing mediation with positive progress but no confirmed agreement or direct talks. alaraby.co.uk/politics/%D8%A… axios.com/2026/10/31/qat… israel.com/news/qatari-pa…

You cut BADR in half !!! You've put up min wage again ! You've already increased NI on businesses. Energy prices have exploded out of control. Why don't you start your own business & see how you get on ?
We're backing founders and risk takers at this Budget because Britain’s future prosperity depends on backing the people prepared to take a risk, turn an idea into a business and build it into something bigger.
