What the hell is she talking about? Parmer Ln is already a state highway (fm 734). All of this will have to go through TXDOT and will be inherently expensive. Another brain dead idea from her office. She wants to do this with out widening the road which means narrowing or eliminating traffic lanes on an already congested road.
This Thursday, I am bringing Item 44, directing the City of Austin's voice on the Parmer Ln Corridor. My office has been working with residents who live & work along the corridor, and we hear you loud and clear! We want a safer, more walkable Parmer Ln, not another highway.

We have reviewed the full list of Austin City Council members’ credit card transactions. We reviewed them long, and we reviewed them hard.
What we found was yikes.
It was $445,628.37 charged to government credit cards.
Nearly half a million dollars. Swiped. Tapped. Billed.

I'm very skeptical about this, I am afraid parmer lane is too far gone, its a highway now. Maybe work out a deal with robinson ranch and put a biking walking path parallel to it but way offset or something.

The Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) has pretty much taken its website offline after its “Back to School Toolkit” was exposed on a massive scale.
The good news? The internet is forever. This thread shows at least some of the material that was available on TENT’s website before it disappeared.
It's very disturbing.
So I did some digging.
People keep claiming that the Trans Texas Mailers are a "false flag." One guy claimed Paxton sent them. Another said Elon Musk did.
According to the organization, "These text messages and mailers were not authored, authorized, approved, or distributed by TENT and are not affiliated with our organization. The texts do not represent the official position or communications of the organization."
Well, let's check the WayBack Machine and see what their website looked like before they disappeared it.
