APAC isn't waiting for Washington.
Four major stablecoin regimes in 12 months: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Taiwan. Zero cross-border license passporting, yet.
Which means the real advantage isn't one license; it's regulated coverage at both ends of a corridor. That's exactly how Triple-A is built: licensed where the money starts and where it lands.

Hong Kong licensed two stablecoin issuers out of 36 applicants, Singapore is writing its framework into law with the region's first opening to foreign coins, Japan has all three yen-issuer lanes live or scheduled, and Taiwan passed a bank-anchored regime with criminal enforcement, all inside twelve months.

Stablecoin payments run at ~$400B a year. That's ~2 bps of global payments.
Our CCO, Kailash Madan, joined Coco Kee on World Ledger to explain why it's still early.
"Importers in Africa and LatAm now pay suppliers in Asia at T+0 for ~50 bps. Before: 4-5 days and 5-6% lost to FX."
More than 95% of the volume we process is in USDC or USDT. Kailash also covers gaming, capital markets, banks, and agentic payments.
