"As litigation for Mirabelli continues, Truth In Education filed an amicus brief to urge the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to affirm the District Court’s original judgment in protecting the First Amendment rights of both parents and teachers, thus serving all parties – especially the vulnerable children experiencing systemic, intentionally confusing, and emotionally disturbing classroom information regarding gender identity issues."

There is no such thing as a values-neutral education. Every curriculum reflects moral judgments. The question is not whether schools teach values, but whether they are willing to admit it.

A Christian mom is fighting a homeschool battle, says 'Government cannot exclude religious people'. Subscribe to QuickStart for more Christian news ➡️ go.cbn.com/ul4Ns
Tessa Bulzan, a Marine veteran, left her six-figure job to homeschool two of her five children. In doing so, she chose Christian-based curriculum from Abeka and Classical Conversations.
"Number one reason is it aligned with my faith, and the number two is the academic rigor for both curriculums," Bulzan told CBN News.
But when she submitted her Christian curriculum for reimbursement, she said the program denied her request. "They said that because there was incidental scripture and there were references to God that's why they were denying my curriculum," explained Bulzan.
She then appealed the decision.
In the process, Bulzan purchased other books to see whether the district would approve materials reflecting different worldviews.
"One was Julian is a Mermaid, and the other is We Are Water Protectors, and they approved both of those," said Bulzan. "And neither of those meet the core academics that my books did. Just like math, we're talking two plus two equals four, but we were denied solely on the basis that it was Christian material."
Bulzan then filed a federal lawsuit against the school district.
Kate Anderson with Alliance Defending Freedom expects the school district to argue public funds cannot be used for religious education.
She cites, however, that recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings have made clear such programs cannot exclude people or content simply because they are religious.
Meanwhile, Bulzan hopes her move will encourage other parents to educate their children according to their beliefs.

Social media is lobotomizing American children.
Intentionally addictive algorithms are plunging our nation's children into depression, anxiety, and isolation in numbers never before seen.
Meta has responded to this serious and growing problem by banning children under 13 from accessing Facebook or Instagram and implementing enforceable measures to protect all kids on their apps.
Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube (Google) must step up to this new industry standard. Children on Instagram and Facebook deserve the same rights and protections as their peers on other social media sites.
That is why APP wrote this coalition letter to Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube (Google) demanding that the safety of American kids come first.
