That’s what you said to Louis Theroux after admitting a nurse at Stoke Mandeville Hospital told you Jimmy Savile was interfering with paralysed little girls in their beds.
You did nothing. You cited the libel laws, his powerful connections, and the millions he raised for hospitals.
Those connections included the Royal Family, the same royals you’ve spent years defending and writing about.
Jimmy Savile used that access and status to abuse hundreds of people (official reports later recorded 214 offences, dozens of rapes, victims as young as 8).
Now you go on TV to moralise about Meghan and her family.
The reality check is simple, you had information about one of Britain’s worst child sex offenders and stayed quiet.

Okay, I'm breaking character here. This is not a satire post. My 2-year-old son is in a wheelchair that we can't fit into our car. We are not eligible to apply for a wheelchair accessible vehicle until he is three--and even then we would have to pay about £13,000 towards it (which we don't have).
The idea that disabled people get given free cars willy-nilly is bullshit. My son has to attend regular appointments at various locations. He has a team of specialists dedicated to helping him with an extremely rare neurological condition that means he needs around the clock supervision.
He can't even hold his own head up so a regular car seat is out of the question. He was using a baby seat, but he's outgrown that. It's really tough for us to get around because misinformation from pricks like Nigel influences public opinion. Does this seem right?

Mamdani: There is no explanation for these tactics. There is no explanation for federal officers firing this many rounds into a car that has a five year old in the car. Look at how many people live right here. This is a residential neighborhood. We are right here by a subway.
And the pretext of ICE is, in their words, to keep this country safe. How is it keeping everyone safe to have, as you just heard from the police commissioner, individuals wearing construction vests in masks with long guns? Residents have no idea if these are law enforcement agents, or if they are simply attacking someone on the street. And when it comes to ICE, it begs the question, what's the difference? There is no explanation for this.
