You're helping a project grow, but is your own brand paying the price? The late nights, the content, the engagement When do you make time for YOU? SMM interns, how do you build a project's brand without neglecting yours? I'm bringing us together this Sunday to talk about it. Set a reminder. You need to be in this conversation💜 teapawt.org/i/spaces/1pKdRDqyoONJW

Some of you don’t want genuine engagement. You want people to repay you for every like, comment, and reply. And honestly, that’s part of what’s wrong with social media. Engagement for the sake of engagement is terrible. But never engaging with the people who support you is just as bad. I don’t believe engagement should come with expectations. If I reply to your post, it doesn’t mean you owe me a reply. If I support your content, it doesn’t mean we’ve entered some kind of engagement contract. That’s not genuine interaction. That’s an exchange of obligations. I believe in engaging with people because something they shared interests me, because I have something to say, or simply because I appreciate them. And yes, showing love to the people who consistently support you matters too. But here’s the reality: we follow hundreds, sometimes thousands of people. We can’t possibly see everyone’s posts or reply to everyone, even if we genuinely want to. Sometimes you’ll engage with someone regularly and unintentionally miss someone else. It doesn’t mean you value them any less. Engagement should feel like a conversation, not a debt you have to repay. And I think social media would be a much better place if we all understood that.

one of the biggest mistakes you can make as a writer or content creator is seeing a big name, someone you look up to, join a bounty and then deciding not to participate because they are also involved. wo anu e o semi 😂 (ask your yoruba friend to interpret that for you.) that person joined the bounty to make money for themselves oo and probably grow their name even more. so why are you the one backing out because they joined? few things you need to understand; • there is room for everyone. just because a big creator joined doesn’t mean you can’t earn from the same opportunity. • you can’t grow if you keep running away from competition. if you always back out whenever you see someone bigger than you, how do you expect to get better? • they were once upcoming too. nobody started at the top oo. the people you admire today also had to put themselves out there before they became who they are. • learn from them instead of being scared of them. look at how they write, how they present their ideas, and how they engage with the project. take what you can learn and improve your own work. • not every bounty will be a win, and that’s okay. even when you don’t win, you gain experience, improve your writing, and learn what to do better next time. of course, always check if the bounty is worth your time and effort. don’t join blindly, but don’t let someone’s popularity be the only reason you stay away either. you won’t know what you can achieve until you give yourself a chance. go out there, do your thing, and build your own name too. 🫰🏽💜

WHAT I BRING TO WEB3 & WHAT I’M BUILDING 👇 I help Web3 projects grow through community building, marketing, content, ghostwriting, campaigns, partnerships and X Spaces. I also work in community management, moderation and onboarding, helping projects connect with the right people and keep their communities active. With years of experience in Web3, I’ve learned that growth takes more than visibility. It takes consistency, good communication and people who understand how to turn attention into genuine community participation. Beyond the work I do with projects, I’m building my Brand ROHANZ ( @ROHANZ_CREW and ROHANZ ACADEMY) to make Web3 easier to understand, access and grow in, especially for Web2 beginners looking to find their feet in the space. My goal is simple: help projects grow, help people find opportunities, and build communities that go beyond numbers. I’m always open to working with founders, teams and brands looking for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas to the table and get things done. Still learning, still building, and always looking for ways to create more value. Welcome to Rohanz. 🤝🎙️

EVOLVE PRO: MORE THAN A TOKEN. Cryptocurrency is entering a different era. For years, much of the conversation has centred around one question: What will the token be worth? At EVOLVE PRO, we believe there is a bigger question: What can the ecosystem actually do? EVOP is being developed as part of a much broader digital ecosystem connecting blockchain, digital ownership, AI, trading technology, virtual environments and online services. Because a token alone doesn't create an ecosystem. Utility requires infrastructure. It requires platforms. It requires experiences. And most importantly, it requires genuine reasons for people to participate. That is the direction behind EVOLVE PRO. BUILD FIRST. EXPAND UTILITY. CONNECT THE ECOSYSTEM. THE FUTURE OF EVOP ISN'T JUST ABOUT HOLDING. IT'S ABOUT PARTICIPATING. The next stage of EVOP Pro is about turning ownership into participation. Imagine entering Elysium. You walk through a living digital city. You own property. You explore different districts. You interact with AI-powered characters and services. You discover businesses, entertainment and experiences. You participate in competitions. You access different parts of the EVOP ecosystem. And as the world expands, entirely new destinations begin opening beyond Elysium. That is the direction we are building toward. For EVOP Pro, the metaverse isn't intended to be something you simply look at. It is something you participate in. This is why we continue improving the architecture, environments, characters, movement, infrastructure and overall quality of Elysium. Every detail matters because the world ultimately needs to feel alive. 2026 has been about building the foundations. 2027 is about what we do with them. The next generation of EVOP Pro is taking shape. And Elysium is only the beginning. A BEAUTIFUL CITY ISN'T ENOUGH. ELYSIUM HAS TO FEEL ALIVE. One of the biggest lessons from developing the EVOP Metaverse is that immersion doesn't come from one spectacular building. It comes from thousands of smaller details working together. The person walking past you. The lighting inside an apartment. A café filled with residents. Trees moving through a public plaza. Traffic travelling through the city. The way your character walks, runs and interacts with the environment. The materials on a building. The view at the end of a street. These details are becoming a major focus of the Elysium AAA upgrade. We are improving characters, animations, architecture, landscaping, lighting, materials, streets, public spaces and entire districts because Elysium isn't being designed simply to be viewed. It's being designed to be experienced. Our characters need to feel like they belong in the world. Our buildings need to look like places people could actually live and work. Our streets need activity. Our districts need their own identity. And the entire city needs to feel connected. This is why we're investing so much time into the foundations now. Because the bigger our vision for Elysium becomes, the more important the quality of the world becomes. We're not interested in building an empty digital city. We're building a world that feels alive. EVOLVE PRO • ELYSIUM evop.io #EVOP #EVOPPro #EvolvePro #Elysium #Metaverse #AAA #DigitalWorld #VirtualProperty #Gaming #Web3

EVOP PRO IS BECOMING AN ECONOMY. There is a major difference between creating a digital token and building an ecosystem where that token actually has a reason to exist. That distinction is becoming increasingly important for EVOP Pro. Our vision has always extended beyond simply buying, selling or holding EVOP. We are building an interconnected digital economy where technology, entertainment, AI, trading, staking, digital property, gaming and the EVOP Metaverse can operate as parts of one larger ecosystem. At the centre of that vision is Elysium. Elysium is being developed as more than a virtual environment. It is designed to become a place where people can explore, own, participate, interact and eventually conduct economic activity. Around it, the wider EVOP ecosystem continues to expand. Every platform we build has a purpose. Every new utility adds another layer. Every improvement to Elysium moves us closer to the bigger objective. One ecosystem. Multiple utilities. One digital economy. We aren't building EVOP Pro for where the digital economy is today. We're building for where we believe it is going next. EVOLVE PRO — THE ECOSYSTEM IS TAKING SHAPE. evop.io #EVOP #EVOPPro #EvolvePro #Elysium #Metaverse #DigitalEconomy #Web3 #ArtificialIntelligence #Blockchain
