๐Ÿšจ The Market Breaks Most. But Not Us. ๐Ÿงต Weโ€™ve been through it all: losses, FOMO, revenge trades. And weโ€™re still here. But hereโ€™s the secret๐Ÿคซ The ones who make it arenโ€™t the smartest or luckiest. Theyโ€™re the ones who REFUSE TO QUIT. Thatโ€™s why we built The Ultimate Bulls โ€“ a community for traders who: โœ… Get back up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. โœ… Turn losses into lessons (not excuses) โœ… Know wealth isnโ€™t built in a day โ€“ but can be built together Weโ€™re NOT here to sell you a โ€œget rich tomorrowโ€ dream. Weโ€™re here to: 1โƒฃShare "real stories" from traders whoโ€™ve blown accountsโ€ฆ and came back stronger! Someday it will be yours. Build your greatest comeback story. 2โƒฃBreak down market cycles without the toxic alpha-bro vibes 3โƒฃHelp you earn while you learn ($TUBR tokens, NFTs, strategy deep-dives) 4โƒฃLaugh through the pain when the charts go sideways (because if you donโ€™t laugh, youโ€™ll cry) This isnโ€™t a pump group. Itโ€™s a war room for people whoโ€™ve realized: The ultimate edge isnโ€™t a strategy โ€“ itโ€™s stubbornness. You donโ€™t have to be โ€œwinningโ€ right now to belong here. You just have to be done with quitting. Join the Ultimate Bulls. Letโ€™s grind smarter, not harder. #BuiltToLast #TUBR (P.S. If youโ€™ve ever stared at a red portfolio and thought โ€œscrew this, Iโ€™m not done yetโ€ โ€“ youโ€™re already one of us.)

Several figures here arenโ€™t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. Under pressure from Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Trump administration may be within days of launching a nuclear strike on Iran. The target would be Pickax Mountain in central Iran, where Israeli intelligence claims the Iranian government has restarted its nuclear enrichment program. No conventional weapon in the American arsenal can penetrate 300 feet of solid granite to destroy the tunnels where enrichment is supposedly taking place. The only military option is a nuclear strike. Netanyahu has been pushing hard for one. โ€œBibi calls Trump about it every day,โ€ says an informed observer. Netanyahu is cornered and desperate. After last weekโ€™s election results, he canโ€™t form a government unless Trump intervenes directly in Israeli politics and brokers a deal with other parties that gives Netanyahu 61 seats in the Knesset. Otherwise, he is out as prime minister and on his way to ignominy, investigations and possibly jail. Netanyahu must stay close to Trump. He needs this war. To that end, heโ€™s applied maximum pressure to his closest allies in the administration, including Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and CENTCOM commander Brad Cooper. Both oppose a negotiated settlement to the war theyโ€™ve so grievously mismanaged; both are pushing to restart major combat operations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and CIA director John Ratcliffe are also following Netanyahuโ€™s lead, as are leaders of the Democratic Party. In a recent meeting on the subject, former president Barack Obama said he opposes the current Iran peace deal being drafted in Doha. The rest of Americaโ€™s longtime allies in the Middle East are terrified by the prospect of more war. On September 27th, Netanyahu flew secretly to Abu Dhabi to enlist the UAE in his lobbying effort for a final attack on Iran. The Emiratis refused. After eight months of conflict, Gulf economies are teetering. So are global energy and fertilizer markets. They wonโ€™t recover soon. Globally, there are a total of about 850 supertankers used to transport oil from producers to the rest of the world. In October alone, 11 of them were badly damaged in Hormuz. At this pace, a global depression is imminent. A nuclear strike would radically accelerate the destruction. Fallout from a ground explosion at Pickax Mountain would contaminate the Persian Gulf, poisoning the water supply for 100 million people. And those are just some of the immediate consequences for the region. The rest of the world is every bit as exposed. No country other than the United States has ever used a nuclear weapon in war. Some would like to. An American nuclear attack on Iran would set a new precedent. The Russians have already told at least two other governments that an American nuclear strike on Iran would free them to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. Pakistan and India would be tempted to do the same against each other, as would North Korea against Seoul. After the first nuclear strike, World War Three is inevitable. That war would be short and final. Weโ€™ve been sleepwalking toward this moment for months. Since February, the administration has quietly rewritten Americaโ€™s nuclear doctrine to make first use of so-called โ€œbattlefield nukesโ€ easier and therefore more likely. No one in Washington in either party seems bothered by this. Now weโ€™re on the brink of it. Close observers say Trump is likely to decide by next weekend whether or not to use nuclear weapons. That would be November 7, six days from now. To his credit, heโ€™s hesitating. At the moment, Trump is listening to his vice president, JD Vance, and to his envoy and friend Steve Witkoff, both of whom argue a deal with Iran can be made. Theyโ€™re right, though it wonโ€™t be simple. The Iranians are famously frustrating to negotiate with under any circumstances, and elements of that government have become more radical since Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his family were killed in February. After decades of isolation, even relatively moderate Iranian leaders seem confused by how decisions are made in the West. (There is a widespread belief in Tehran, for example, that the United States government controls Israel.) But overall, people who have spoken to decision-makers in Iran say there is consensus there that more war is bad for everyone and a deal is worth making. One group that hasnโ€™t been consulted so far is the global population โ€” the hundreds of millions of people who will be killed along with their children if Trump is pushed by Netanyahu into launching a nuclear strike next week. Now would be the time for them to speak up.

12 hours after withdrawals resumed: 2.1% net outflow, with most occurring in the first couple of hours. Over $1 billion in flow, too. 98% choose to stay! Trust isnโ€™t earned by what you say in good times. Itโ€™s earned by what you do in hard times. Thank you for your trust! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™
Binance began restoring withdrawals in phases at 06:00 UTC on November 1, 2026. By 12:36 UTC, withdrawals had resumed for all 15 networks and assets in the initial phase. After an initial spike, withdrawal volumes have declined and are stabilising as expected, while deposit volumes have remained substantial. Between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC on November 1, we processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, resulting in a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion. This represents 2.1% of our $171 billion in total assets under management (AUM), based on the latest available Proof of Reserves (PoR) data as of October 28, 2026. A new PoR snapshot was taken at 00:00 UTC on October 31, and zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) computation began. The updated report is expected to be available on our PoR website tomorrow. Our team continues testing rigorously the remaining networks and assets. We know how important safe and reliable access to your funds is and will share details of the next phase as soon as we can. Rest assured that market conditions are stable. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Highly recommended read. It's an absolute masterclass in building a modern harness and enabling more autonomous agent systems. This is the best write-up I have read on how I have been working with my agent teams powered by my custom harness. In simple terms, you want a design that lets the agent operate continually and stay productive across tasks. This requires a coordination-execution architecture. This is possible now, as LLM agents have gotten better at coordination and maintaining persistent context. Once you get the core architecture right, you can explore proactive components (event triggering, acting ahead, etc.) and interesting ways to communicate with agents seamlessly (e.g., an asynchronous ReAct Loop). On top of that, the design scales through state management and sandboxes. Target a design that separates state, compute, and environment. And build something that can persist and is always available across devices. Btw, you can do this with other existing harnesses too. It doesn't have to be DeepSeek Harness. As agent capabilities improve, you should find new ways to interact with them and avoid getting in the agents' way.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ต ZachXBT has publicly acknowledged investigative cooperation with Cyvers, an Israeli blockchain security company, on multiple cases. CoinDCX: he credited Cyvers with flagging suspicious withdrawals, then said he independently identified the affected wallet. SBI Crypto: he credited Cyvers with helping investigate approximately $21 million in suspicious outflows. His post noted similarities to North Korean attacks. HashFlare: he credited Cyvers with first alerting him to movements of funds linked to the fraud case. What do we know about Cyvers? Itโ€™s an Israeli blockchain security company. Its co-founder and CEO, Deddy Lavid, says he worked on Israelโ€™s Iron Dome system in 2015. He also says co-founder Meir Dolev served as a sergeant reporting to him when Lavid was an infantry company commander in the military reserves. Elron Ventures disclosed approximately 26% ownership of Cyvers as of June 2026, excluding additional convertible investments. Elron also has the right to appoint a Cyvers board member. And Elron has a longstanding partnership with Rafael Advanced Defense Systems through Rafael Development Corporation, RDC. Elron owns 50.1% of RDC. Rafael owns 49.9%. RDC has rights to commercialise Rafaelโ€™s military technologies for civilian markets. The distinction matters: Elron holds its Cyvers stake directly. These disclosures do not establish Rafael ownership of Cyvers. Lavid has also described working with EY and holding discussions with Israeli banks, including CBDC-related discussions. So the documented connections include military service, Iron Dome experience, financial-sector CBDC relationships and an investor with a Rafael joint venture. Itโ€™s important to understand the incentives behind the information thatโ€™s being fed through. Because they almost always say itโ€™s North Korea.

Why did you think we invented blockchain? We invented blockchain because we knew machine learning would attack fragile systems. We invented blockchain to make uncensorable incorruptible unstoppable databases. I think people didnt get this memo and thought we were messing around. Well welcome to Moores Law. Technology has reached the exact place we predicted. All fragile centralized off chain systems and data will be corrupted. Only decentralized distributed data will survive. This is why we crypto. Welcome.
