The High Court has ordered Kai & Karo Limited and its director, Joseph Kairu, to refund a buyer Sh3.4 million after failing to deliver an Audi Q7. The buyer paid Sh2.2 million as a deposit and later gave the dealer Sh1.7 million from the sale of a Subaru Outback, bringing the total to Sh3.9 million. The dealer refunded Sh500,000, leaving Sh3.4 million unpaid.
