A federal judge had to order an audit of LA’s homelessness spending. Auditors couldn’t trace $2.3 BILLION. One contractor is charged with turning $23 MILLION into a mansion, a Range Rover, and private jets.

28.8% of 'Noncitizen' Ballots in California Have Voting Histories — The Numbers Don’t Lie: Our Elections Are Broken
BREAKING: A new federal lawsuit filing has exposed a stunning reality about California’s election integrity.
In a sample of 200 ballots sent to individuals flagged as “likely noncitizens” by the Trump Administration:
- 112 had CANCELED or INACTIVE records — no ballots sent.
- Of the remaining 88 ballots sent, 71.2% (142 of 200) had NEVER voted before.
- That leaves 28.8% — nearly 3 in 10 — with a confirmed VOTING HISTORY.
That means roughly 58 of 200 individuals on the DOJ’s “noncitizen” list have voted in prior elections.
This isn’t a glitch. It’s not a coincidence. This is a SYSTEMIC failure — possibly intentional — in how California verifies voter eligibility.
If nearly 30% of these “noncitizens” are registered and voting, where were the safeguards? Who approved their eligibility? And why was this allowed to go unchecked for so long?
The clock is ticking. The 2026 General Election is here. We need transparency NOW.
