Norske myndigheter godkjenner ikke Tesla overvåket selvkjøring selv om det statistisk beviselig sparer menneskeliv. Det er en skam. Når det finnes teknologi som hindrer folk i å dø så må det tillates! @ShipGeneration er på saken.
🚨 Today I filed a formal complaint against the man holding back FSD in Norway 🇳🇴
Here's why.
Back in August, I emailed Stein-Helge Mundal, Chief Engineer for vehicle approval at Statens vegvesen.
I told him the tech is ready, the safety stats are overwhelming, and asked: when will Norway get FSD?
He pointed to EU rules. I replied that people will die needlessly because of bureaucracy - if this were a medicine, it would be approved the same day.
His written answer:
"Maybe we have also saved lives by delaying...."
And in that same email, his only "source": a link to a German anti-Musk documentary aired on NRK.
Not safety data. A biased documentary.
I tried other routes, but a complaint has to go through his employer first. So that's where it went.
