Fall sports are coming to an end.
Of the high school seniors who are planning to go to college, a lot are on a legit s&c program and a lot are doing nothing for their physical development.
That second group is probably going to learn the hard way that just because you were able to dominate against 15 to 18-year-olds does not mean you’re going to be able to do the same against 18 to 24-year-olds in college.
Not to mention… you never want to be the weakest, slowest, less powerful or out of shape freshman, come testing in the fall.
HS seniors… attack the weight room with a legit program!

The Wappingers Lacrosse Community is deeply saddened by the passing of Jordan Bledsoe.
He was a husband, father, friend, coach, role model, and pillar of the local lacrosse community.
He will be greatly missed.

The value of youth lacrosse isn’t measured by wins or rankings. It’s measured by the relationships built, the lessons learned, and the people our kids become.
Congratulations to our 6 seniors on their Graduation!
Ava, Kiley, Sophia, Makenna, Morgan and Shannon- you have left your mark on this program and will leave a legacy of success, hard work, commitment, and what it means to be a team on and off the field.
You will be missed!

I definitely resonate with this. It’s hard for a reason.

How many high schools in the country can boast having an alum starting in the Omaha for the College World Series - and for Team USA in the World Cup?
RC Ketcham can.
