NFL and FBS level the tape opponents receive is clear enough to pick up tendencies with players stance. I’m not a fan of what he saying. I want stance by OL that they can move in any direction, and the same hand is always down when they are in a 3-point stance. Just my opinion…

Cowboys O-Line Drill - Proper stance is achieved by keeping the feet positioned directly underneath the framework of the body and the armpits. - Placing the hand so it straddles the line is a key component of an effective initial setup. - A player should load the left instep to generate the power necessary to gain ground with the right step. - The initial movement involves a quick pick-up and put-down of the feet to maintain balance and momentum. - On the second step, the backside knee should be directed to split the crotch of the defender. - Sustained movement is created by pounding the arches and driving through the insteps to run off the football.
