In 2017, Karen Carey, then in end-stage heart failure, and cystic fibrosis sufferer Connie Severino received a heart and lungs from the same donor.

Circuit likely goes underneath the maximal crowding area so ablating on one side of the line of block typically hits distal isthmus and on other side proximal isthmus. The nice thing is that circuits have multiple sites that can interrupt VT.
