IMPORTANT! The link below takes you to a Press Statement by the APPG on Investment Fraud and Fairer Financial Services entitled: “WHISTLEBLOWERS AROUND THE WORLD UNITE IN THEIR CONDEMNATION OF THE UK’S FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY” As you’ll see, it has an accompanying anthology. As far as we know this is the first time whistleblowers around the world have spoken out together on behalf of a fellow whistleblower who has fallen. They are speaking out against @TheFCA's decision to not move forward with a proper independent 3rd party investigation into their handling of the whistleblowing of Simon Andriesz R.I.P., and a wider systemic review of how they have dealt with other whistleblowers. Instead, @TheFCA just wants to do a narrow, ‘mark their own homework’ exercise, which has caused outrage in some quarters. You can access the press statement and accompanying anthology through this link: appgifffs.org/wp-content/upl… Please do all you can share this important message. Completely right Hester. @TheFCA should not investigate itself & no one should support it in doing so. Just like the IRHP Review, the Griggs Review, the Foskett Panel etc. @TheFCA will be trying to line up their 'Useful Idiots' to try & get away with this. But we are watching it all carefully... @BankConfidenti1 @MLorrM @BomberMorgan @efgbricklayer @ArturNadol7566

When I spoke to Simon Andriesz @SAndriesz, he told me @TheFCA was most to blame for what he went through. The FCA's answer is a review by its own board member, and Hester Bais @Wftproof is right that a regulator cannot credibly investigate itself.
“Hester Bais, a Dutch lawyer and whistleblower who has exposed large-scale banking fraud involving interest-rate derivatives, added: “The proposal for just an internal FCA review troubles me deeply. The FCA’s proposal sends entirely the wrong signal. If a regulator can investigate itself whenever its own treatment of a whistleblower is questioned, then where does the whistleblower go when things have gone disastrously wrong?”” thebanker.com/content/2185f8…

On 3 December 2025 I sent am email to @TheFCA asking for support and help, because of the number of cases I was supporting vulnerable people on, including suicide risk & actual suicides. These were all victims of bank & financial frauds & cover ups. I was undertaking the work pro bono & just asking for help. I enclosed the final letter of a man asking me to take on the bank and take care of his wife, he was going to kill himself whilst he could still afford to keep up the premiums on his life insurance, which because it had been in place past two years it would pay out on his suicide. Then he ended his life. All because the bank were repossessing his home to recoup its profits from a interest rate swap Hidden Credit Line, secured against the home without his knowledge via a Personal Guarantee. None of @TheFCA Board all copied in commented, apart from John Ball the Non Exec Director who sent this emoji - 😢 Asking if he meant it, in which case it was not a very suitable response, he ignored my emails. Leading me to the conclusion that he had facetiously sent a weeping emoji to his fellow Board members & accidentally copied me in. A view I still hold. The Complaints Commissioner subsequently found against me on every element of my complaint about this (see link). The CEO Mr Rathi & the FCA Executives are too busy, too important to meet with me, I was told. Clearly a few more early deaths amongst that annoying SME community, who keep asking for their money back, stolen by @NatWestGroup @LloydsBank & others, following the financial crash, is of no concern to 'busy' @TheFCA Executives. The response was received the same day we later learned that significant whistle-blower Simon Andriesz who had been reporting Epstein & Lutnick ties, sadly took his own life He blamed @TheFCA for failing to protect him from retaliation by Lutnick's firm & in particular, he blamed CEO Nikhil Rathi, for ignoring his pleas for help. Following Simon's death & my call in an email to the Complaints Commissioner for Nikhil Rathi to step down, they have now agreed to meet. But they have learned nothing, they have washed their hands of another @LloydsBank suicide risk case just 1 WEEK after the AGM. A black and white case where a dishonest Lloyds bank manager replaced a home mortgage at 2/base with commercial loans. Shortly afterwards they were charging him over 26% on the homes lending. His business destroyed by the debt servicing costs, he could no longer afford his mortgage. They have literally broken every Rule in the book on this case & then repeatedly misled the court & used dishonest underhanded tactics to get a possession order. Using an N120 'Home Repossession' form, they told the court it was an investment property/ commercial lending. They didn't submit the MANDATORY 2 copies of the N123 because the bank staff or legal team would have to sign a statement of truth that they had complied with all of the relevant FCA Rules before applying for possession (see below). They DID NOT comply with ANY of the Rules. Charlie Nunn and Sir Robing Budenburg have been made aware of the case and have a copy of my report setting out all of the regulatory failures & where the Court was misled. @TheFCA said - we can't do anything and Lloyds have given him some extra time, YES 3 WEEKS to demand payment in full before they repossess. He has told me he will not leave there alive. @TheFCA Executives & staff know that, @LloydsBank know that, their counsel & legal team (who will be named( know that. But they all REFUSE to HELP. This is now a PUBLIC RECORD of events. I for one do not see how @TheFCA Executives & staff, failing to take action over specific, known Rule breaches & failing to protect a consumer in order not to expose @LloydsBank & their legal team, who have misled the courts and perverted the course of justice could possibly be - 'exercising a Public Function.' The question is then, if they are acting in bad faith (what else can it be) can & should @TheFCA its Executives & relevant staff face misfeasance in public office and potential Corporate Manslaughter investigations? And after the multiple early deaths and suicides relating to the behaviours @LloydsBank BSU, which is where the wrongdoing in this case would have taken place, isn't about time such charges were considered in relation to the Chair, CEO & Executives at that bank? frccommissioner.org.uk/wp-co… @BankConfidenti1 @TransparencyTF @appgonifandffs @johnmcdonnellMP @IanByrneMP @labourlewis @JohnHealey_MP @andyburnham @EmilyBuchanan1 @jameshurley @andyverity @ArturNadol7566 @Wftproof @MLorrM @CompassnInCare @mickmor16921994 @james_glanville @CarshaltonArt @bleating_lamb @paulpygmy02 @johncock_wayne @JohnCleese @JohnCena @EricIdle @BomberMorgan

📽️ We have uploaded the recording of the event we ran last week, entitled: “Litigants in Person: Alone in Court – The Reality of Facing the Justice System Without a Lawyer” The speaker was Edward Romain, ACILEX, Founder amp; CEO, Blind Justice UK You can watch the recording here 👇 youtu.be/aXp8oaGSxis If you can, please share this video widely within your network/on social media. 🗣️ Andy Agathangelou says: “Edward Romain delivered an excellent presentation followed by a discussion that really brought home just how dire the situation is for people who find themselves facing the justice system without a lawyer. This is an endemic problem, and people are in desperate need of practical help. Edward is filling a real void. I’m sure his forthcoming book will be an incredibly useful resource, teaching people the rules, explaining the tactics and helping them navigate a system that can otherwise feel impossible to face alone. He delivered this message brilliantly, and it is one that more people need to hear. We will always achieve more if we find ways to work together, and this session was a fantastic example of why collaboration matters.”

Of allebei.
Me too in the Netherlands. The real danger is the re-use of assets (collateral). Under Dutch law, we have a closed property law system, precisely to avoid ambiguity about ownership. However, this principle has been fully eroded with the new collateral system.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit
