UPDATE: Jermain Lynn Long, the man arrested for slashing the neck of a 13yo teen in Daytona Beach, is a registered S*X OFFENDER with a lengthy criminal history.
He was let out of custody just FOUR DAYS before the Daytona Beach attack, when prosecutors DROPPED charges against him after he reportedly attacked two other men with a knife.

Jermaine Lynn Long, the alleged attacker, targeted the teen while he was walking along the boardwalk with his family.
