It's a mystery to me how declining Solo Shuffle queues still has no penalty.
A stacking deserter debuff would make it a lot harder for people to queue into their friends and wintrade.
Not that fun to click accept 20+ times before entering, just to have a very suspicious lobby.

Expecting Preservation nerfs tonight. Also MW buffs dont fix their main issue in pvp since Legion (they have 0 passive healing and have to cast everything), also cocoun is not a cd anymore it breaks 0.1 . MW does 0 dmg compare to other healers too. CC is good tho @WarcraftDevs
