The LP Alliance Racketeers and the "Prags" stole the LP Data — going back to 1972.
Sabotaged the CRM before the MC took over.
Used plundered data for intrigue, infiltration, takeover, and sabotage — and blamed the Mises Caucus.
Framed and deposed the MC leadership
Usurped control of the LP using a manufactured narrative
Transferred the party assets to insiders.
Ratified their own misconduct
Prosecuted and targeted anyone who got in their way.

To the Members of the LNC,
As the Chair of the @Montana_LP and a member of Region 1, I am writing to express my growing concern regarding the recent administrative decisions coming out of the National Committee. My priority, and the priority of our state affiliate, is the long-term health and growth of the @LPNational. To that end, I believe we are currently at a crossroads regarding how we manage our assets and maintain the trust of our membership.
I have been reviewing the recent discussions surrounding the sale of the national CRM and the subsequent disciplinary proceedings. While I understand the desire for efficiency and organizational modernization, I am deeply concerned by the lack of transparent, recorded, and verifiable processes that have characterized these developments.
When we operate in a way that minimizes the oversight of the full committee or creates confusion around the handling of member data and assets, we inadvertently hand our opponents and those who wish to see us fail the very tools they need to weaken our brand. We are the party of accountability; therefore, we must be the absolute gold standard for it.
I am respectfully requesting that the LNC prioritize the following for the sake of our unity and collective mission:
Full Disclosure: I ask that the LNC provide the full, unredacted contracts and the independent valuations associated with the CRM sale. Providing this clarity will go a long way toward ending the speculation and internal friction that is currently consuming our time and resources.
Protecting the Fiduciary Duty of Inquiry: I am particularly concerned by the disciplinary focus on those who have raised questions regarding party finances and contracts. Whether one agrees with the conclusions of any individual board member is secondary to the fundamental principle that our representatives must have a safe harbor to conduct oversight. Questioning the legality or the wisdom of a financial decision is a core duty of this board, not a cause for investigation. We should be encouraging rigorous scrutiny of our operations, not penalizing those who act in good faith to protect the interests of our members.
Restoring Focus: Our energy should be directed toward our candidates, our state affiliates, and the principles of liberty. Every dollar spent on internal litigation is a dollar not spent on ballot access or candidate support.
My hope is that we can move past this period of internal instability and return to the work of building a professional, transparent organization. We have a historic opportunity to make an impact, but we can only do so if we are united by a commitment to the very standards of openness we advocate for in government.
I look forward to hearing how the committee intends to resolve these concerns and restore confidence among the affiliates.

Cornell 7 FATE
The Cornell 7 episode is an active psychological operation in the FATE framework (Focus, Authority, Tribe, Emotion) used by leftist cultural and media operators, and their institutional allies, to divide men and women, distract from self-accountability, and expand the state’s role as the residual authority once the natural family and personal responsibility are eroded.
Following patterns visible in prior high-profile cases such as Lindsay Clancy, the operation saturates attention (Focus) with a simplified gang-rape narrative, deploys institutional and media authority figures to lock in the preferred story before full evidence is public (Authority), polarizes the sexes into opposing classes (Tribe), and triggers outrage and protective emotion that short-circuits due process and the presumption of innocence (Emotion). The result is politicization of the sexes, weakening of the family as the primary unit of self-reliance, and cultural destruction of the habits of self-ownership, chastity, temperance, and protection of the vulnerable that underwrote the American founding.
Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson examined the Cornell 7 events at the Chi Phi fraternity house on October 19–20, 2024. Kelly, drawing on Jane Doe’s initial signed police statement, post-incident messages, and the men’s accounts, argues the encounters began with consensual activity (including an agreed threesome) and that voluntary intoxication under New York law does not automatically establish lack of capacity or criminal liability. They highlight discrepancies between the earlier account and the later civil lawsuit’s gang-rape narrative, criticize the media for naming the accused while granting the accuser anonymity, and frame the broader reaction as driven by toxic feminism, institutional bias, and a collapse of personal responsibility and due process rather than clear evidence of non-consent.
Men and women are not opposing classes locked in permanent conflict; they are complementary beings whose cooperation in the family and voluntary society is the historical foundation of ordered liberty in the American tradition.
The corrective response is self-accountability rooted in the moral framework that is the backbone of the American founding and the classical liberal order: the Christian tradition, whether one practices the faith or simply inherits its ethical code of duty, chastity, temperance, and the protection of the vulnerable. Libertarians understand that free markets, sound money, and property rights cannot long survive a culture that treats the family as optional and sexual restraint as optional. High time-preference behavior, public degradation of the opposite sex(by both men and women), and the refusal to own one’s choices create the vacuum that the state rushes to fill.
Christian’s and Libertarian’s are therefore called to continue the work of being living examples. Be moral, accountable, protective of the vulnerable, truthful and righteous in speech and action, unwilling to exploit intoxication or confusion, prepared to defend due process and apply praxology to our institutions so that we may understand the motivations and incentives of leftists in bureaucracy and media. Let us continue the American inheritance: self-ownership paired with the morality that makes liberty sustainable across generations.
Reject the media’s manufactured war between the sexes. Model, in your own households, businesses, and local communities, the character that makes voluntary order possible. That is the libertarian response: individual responsibility, cultural integrity, and a moral foundation based on duty, chastity, temperance, and the protection of the vulnerable. Love and appreciate one another as God and nature intended, and stop the leftist moral decay that routinely puts both sexes outside of their natural order.
Was there a gang rape in a Cornell fraternity house? Your answer will depend on how many details you know. Megyn Kelly has them all.

Covid was a praxeological test.
Praxeology starts from action. Scientists, regulators, and public-health bureaucracies act. They are incentivized by funding, promotion, access, and professional standing; which shapes what is produced, published, and corrected.
And who bears the inevitable losses, you and I.
Failure at the CDC is rewarded with a larger budget. While failure in the market place is rewarded with bankruptcy.
Market institutions face a test these bureaucracies do not. The entrepreneur who misjudges loses resources. A public-health agency that misjudges gains resources.
Bureaucratic failure becomes an argument for a larger budget. Consumers cannot withdraw support. Competitors are limited to non existent. Loss is borne by the public, not by the officials who authorized the policy.
Let us remember the lessons from Covid and apply praxology to our institutions moving forward so that we may understand the motivations and incentives of the non capitalist system we live in today.
