Waverley’s 2026 Thames season has come to an end this evening (Sun 11th October) after an excellent series of cruises over the past few weeks.
As Waverley departed London this evening she gave three loud blasts on her whistle as she approached and passed under London Tower Bridge in bidding fairwell for another year.
In the coming days Waverley will make her way back to Glasgow, a journey of around 800 nautical miles.
The final sailings of the 2026 season take place on the Clyde and from Glasgow on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th October. Tickets for these cruises can be booked in advance at waverleyexcursions.co.uk/boo… or by calling 0141 243 2224.
