Ours was put under for some treatment at the vets last week. Was chewing my nails all day waiting for the call to say that she'd woken up. (The last time she was in, we heard at about 1pm. This time, it was closer to 5pm. Horrific.) Thankfully, all fine. Sure yours will be too!
