I had these biometrics done at Brussels coming back on the Eurostar to London last week. It caused a bit of a mild panic because it was slow. I only got through 15 mins before departure. Nothing was particularly evasive beyond that. Pretty much forgotten about once on the train.

God bless a Marvell tweet among my feed of engagement bait, AI and racism. 😍

Haha, face mask. Does she also run a lesbian immunosensitive bar in Greenfield, Massachusetts? (That story has been entertaining me all day)

Woolwich-based SAFC fan here (and River Ale House regular). Thank you, and mutual respect! Let's keep your good start to the Championship going. We're both in need of a few more goals, and both clubs will fly.

I may have seen you both! I was trying to get everybody seated in the modestly sized rooms at Bedford Way / IOE that we were allocated for sociology and other social sciences. Thank you for coming along, and I hope it was helpful.

Victim of his own success, in many ways. I wish he could have had the summer off, but instead he had to go and drive his country to a World Cup QF, didn't he, including two rounds of extra time? I bet he's still feeling it a bit. Hope he's rested for the Carabao for sure.

I don't always subscribe to the 'could be worse'. But by God, there's us outplaying Prem opponents. And then there's Leicester...

Totally. I don't see the same 'freak' results (e.g. winning at Chelsea) happening this year. So I expect us to take more from the games we should. On track, I'd say.

I'm pleased with that. You felt after the disallowed goal that it was one of those days. One that takes a point from a fecking hard place to go is decent. Not season defining, but we've taken 4 points from two fixtures that we got sod off from last season. Bigger tests ahead.

Thought you'd think of the game vs Burton where we battered them, your nakesame scored their eventual winner and Tom Flanagan had a late equaliser disallowed for being a toenail offside.

Didn’t cost us much in the end

He was at his best when Michut was here. Actually liked him stroking the ball around in CM. Was a genuine wildcard under Mowbray. Then a couple of failed managers and he never got it back. Maybe a bit like Roberts/Amad. Some need a specific person to click. Can't always have that

Would love to know how the Uncle Bouba shenanigans would have been done. Needs a sequel. And a series. #safc
That was one 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝 transfer window 🤑

The whole Chelsea / Monaco / Everton palava has actually made our last hour quite palatable. Balogun pulling out of a move post-midnight has shafted everybody - it's glorious.

I think life looks after him by taking him away from your injury-cursed pitches. 🫡 Sounds like a cracking lad.

Jürgen Macho, I'd imagine. I think Haas was Swiss German.

Wonder if he'll stealth parachute out over the Croydon area.
