Mitch assessing the 0-2 start:
"We played two of the better teams in the league. We played much better than we did game one. Both games are far from our standard and our habits and our identity. ... We have a lot of improvement to be had."

Dylan Harper completely shuts down internet rumors of friction with De’Aaron Fox:
"What’s understood doesn’t need to be explained. Fox basically took me under his wing my whole first year and helped me and allowed me to grow in this space... Me and him never had a problem. I’ve never seen a problem playing with two to three ball-handlers on the floor. Everyone last year said that it was not going to work... but I think we exceeded expectations a lot. All I care about is doing what’s best for the team and winning, and he is a big factor in us winning now and in the future... We’re all super close. That’s kind of my uncle—he teaches me things that I don’t think anyone else in his position could teach me."

BREAKING: The NBA has ruled on the Los Angeles Clippers in for salary cap circumvention investigations on Kawhi Leonard after yearlong probe -- stripping the franchise of 5 first-round picks, issuing a $30 million fine to owner Steve Ballmer and suspensions for Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker, sources tell ESPN.
Kawhi Leonard will have to pay $700,000 in restitution for improper benefits by the Clippers for his uncle and former business rep, Dennis Robertson. No contract void or suspension for Leonard. And Robertson -- who was fired by Leonard in June -- is being banned by the NBA from all business dealings.
