Russia’s deadly attack on the Dnipro train station is yet another brutal assault on Ukrainian civilians. It makes abundantly clear that Moscow is not interested in peace.
I extend my deepest condolences to the victims and their families.
At the EU-Canada Summit and the G20 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Atlanta, I will urge partners to further strengthen our support for Ukraine and advance accountability, including through the Special Tribunal and Claims Commission.
Russia must be held accountable.

Russian strikes on Ukraine today are truly horrific. A train station in Dnipro, downtown Chernihiv. A father crying over the body of his child. Children screaming for a dad who is now gone.
And no reaction from the US, which is the most involved in making a "peace deal." Nothing from Trump at all.
It creates such a scary, dangerous reality, one where russian oil refineries are protected, but Ukrainian children simply walking the streets of their cities are treated as fair targets. One where the aggression is supported and rewarded and the resistance is judged.
I’m horrified by the world I find myself in. This is not how you make peace deals, this is how you betray your allies and throw them to the wolves.

Elon is purposely spreading misinformation.
Russia's military is made up of volunteer soldiers who signed contracts and took huge signing bonuses to fight and kill.
We should have no sympathy for anyone who takes money to go murder others, especially by invading a country that you invaded.
But for some reason Elon keeps wanting to side with the bad guys. If he really wanted the slaughter to stop, he would ask his buddy Putin to end his invasion, the war would then end that very same day.

In Sloviansk a russian airstrike destroyed a private home. Emergency responders pulled the body of the killed owner from under the rubble‼️
The woman was simply living her life in her own house and russian "humanitarians" killed her for that.

В Кремле начали говорить, что Европа должна быть включена в этот процесс и, более того, её участие будет иметь «решающее значение для достижения соглашения».
Источники издания The Telegraph говорят, что истинная цель Москвы — использовать следующий раунд переговоров для получения уступок по вопросу расширения НАТО. «Вероятно, Путин потребует сократить военное присутствие НАТО в Европе до уровня 1997 года — то есть до того, как бывшие страны Восточного блока начали вступать в альянс», — говорится в публикации.
По сути, это возвращение к тому самому печально известному «ультиматуму Лаврова», который Москва выдвинула накануне большой войны против Украины. Путин хочет продолжать войну, а переговоры он будет торпедировать хождением по кругу, постоянно возвращаясь к своим безумным требованиям образца 2021–2022 годов.
Западу он будет рассказывать о недопустимости расширения НАТО, украинцам — морочить голову «денацификацией и демилитаризацией», выдвигая всё новые территориальные и политические требования. Читать безграмотные лекции о половцах и печенегах и бесконечно лгать.
