For six months, a man named Michael had been receiving anonymous photographs of his wife. The strange thing was that every photograph showed her sleeping in their bedroom. At first, he thought someone was playing a cruel joke. But the photographs were too clear, and each one had a different date. Terrified, he installed security cameras throughout the house. For two weeks, nothing unusual happened. Then, one night, his phone received another photograph. This time, his wife was standing beside their bed, staring directly at the camera. Michael immediately checked the live security footage. His wife was asleep beside him. He slowly looked back at the photograph. The woman in it was wearing the exact same clothes his wife had worn that evening. He woke her up and showed her the picture. Instead of looking frightened, she began to cry. "Michael, there's something I've never told you." She explained that before they got married, she had a twin sister who disappeared when they were teenagers. Nobody had ever discovered what happened to her. Michael stared at the photograph again. "Are you saying this is your sister?" His wife nodded. Then his phone rang. It was an unknown number.
