I didnโt decide to get into local politics for the sake of it.
I worked fullโtime whilst studying towards my degree partโtime, saved carefully, and bought my first home aged 23, believing that doing the "right thing" would bring some security.
When I remortgaged two years later interest rates had doubled and I very nearly couldnโt afford to keep my own home. It was a real wakeโup call.
That experience made it clear to me that the main parties no longer stand up for people who work hard and try to build a stable life.
Reform offered an alternative that puts those who work, contribute, and play by the rules back at the centre of policy.

I will end the unjust prosecutions of our veterans in my first 100 days in office.
If I fail, I will resign.

So great to bump into my Military Sister from another mister @claire_adams694
Our leaders have morphed into a marionette, controlled by globalists and the will of the third world.
Weโve done enough. Itโs time to cut the cord ๐
St George's flags went up on lampposts across my village last night ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ
Like clockwork, the local Lib Dem councillor was up in arms, claiming this was "making people who weren't born here feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and intimidated."
There's absolutely nothing wrong with proudly displaying and celebrating the flag of our great country.
If anything, we should be doing it more often.

The revelations about how Henry Nowakโs family were treated are just horrific.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary initially falsely suggested to them that Henry was the aggressor - rather than his murderer, Vickrum.
They also told the family that officers immediately administered first aid to Henry. They only later admitted Henry was first handcuffed and arrested.
Perhaps most appallingly, the IOPC told the family in April there were "no concerns identified" about how officers acted that night.
I have spoken to medics who say handcuffing Henry behind his back would have worsened the bleeding.
This family has been put through hell. My thoughts remain firmly with them.

It was an honour to plant a cross in Parliamentโs Garden of Remembrance for those brave souls from the Clacton constituency who gave their lives for our country.
I will never, ever forget their sacrifice.

Every passport handed out as a result of Burnham's U-turn will be reviewed.
If that citizenship does not benefit Britain, it will be revoked.
Only Reform UK will put the British people first.

We will review every citizenship granted due to Open Borders Burnham's horrific U-turn today.
If a migrant doesn't unambiguously benefit Britain, their citizenship will be revoked.
The Boriswave must be reversed.
Read the room, Labour:
โ๏ธ We don't want fast-tracked settlement routes for migrant workers.
โ๏ธ Settlement for illegal entrants should be off the table completely.
Would it kill you to invest in the British workforce instead?
Slavery reparations:
When will the descendants of the Barbary, Arab and African slave traders be told to pay up? ๐ค
Or does โhistorical accountabilityโ only apply when Britain is footing the bill? ๐

There were five slave trades. You were taught about only one. ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐ฌ๐ง
One. The Atlantic. Twelve million Africans shipped to the Americas. Britain banned it in 1807, then hunted it for sixty years.
Two. The Barbary trade. A million Europeans taken to North Africa. Britain bombarded Algiers in 1816.
Three. The Saharan trade. A thousand years of caravans north across the desert. Britain had its northern end banned. Tripoli, 1857.
Four. The East African trade. Twenty thousand people a year through one customs house. Britain forced the market shut. 5 June 1873.
Five. The Ottoman trade. Raiders sold Eastern Europeans south for three hundred years. Britain made the Sultan ban it in 1854.
It cost sixty years and two thousand sailors. Nobody else fought all five. ๐๐ฌ๐ง
It isn't over. Mauritania only made it a crime in 2007. Fifty million people are in slavery today.
Someone has to remember who started the fight. โ๐ฌ๐ง๐ช

We now have gangs painting the boats their national colours. They are taking the piss.

~A BRIEF HISTORY OF GOVERNMENT OVERREACH~
๐ชพ The TORIES first granted the state powers to bypass courts and FORCE employers to deduct child maintenance and alleged arrears directly from paying parents' wages in the 1990s.
๐ฅ LABOUR went a step further in 2008 by authorising direct deductions from personal bank and building society accounts without prior court approval.
๐ง #BUDGET2026: Instead of listening to the publicโs pleas to finally end this evil practice, Labour has decided to extend the same draconian measures to the rest of us via HMRC โ expanding existing tax-debt recovery powers to permit recurring deductions directly from our bank accounts, even for smaller debts.
As exposed by @reformukhemelโs @noel_willcox earlier this year, the DWP and the CMS (successor to the CSA) are directly responsible for COUNTLESS tragic suicides after years of rapidly seizing FICTITIOUS ARREARS from paying parentsโ bank accounts โ including newly deposited wages.
The scale of devastation and systemic cruelty is far worse than the Post Office Horizon scandal.
From grooming gangs to frozen pensioners and dead divorcees, Labour is alarmingly comfortable with all this blood on its hands. I canโt even imagine how many more lives HMRCโs new authoritarian assault will claim.
As @_EleanorJackson said the other day: what could possibly go wrong?
Perhaps Labour loves the colour red a bit too much.
