Debuff Glows are coming (somewhat) back in 12.1.5 - You can now add animations to aura containers so using the already existing filters you can also apply glows to raidframes. In some cases it is possible to isolate this to a single debuff with the correct filter combinations.

if my 5min vibecode didn't mess anything up this is the stat distribution of all Raid&Dungeon Items in S1: (At ilvl 289 + does not include tier pieces or trinkets) Not surprisesd that vers is about half as common but def sucks for classes that actually want that stat

this way everyone had the same amount of bugged and working bonusrolls.

I'm not following prices so I imagine they are VERY low right now but even at the current prices 10 of these almost reach your budget already. sure you can buy T2 instead and use inspiration but then you're paying for the inspiration. In real scenarios you will be spending more.
