Thanks to funding from @phf_uk and @LPTnhs 8 young people from @ymcaleics had an amazing three days working alongside @expertlinkorg throwing away labels, creating a purpose and becoming @ymcaleic newly formed #ExpertsByExperience Group. Watch out world because here they come!!!

As Shine starts a year-long pilot of the use of #teamformulation we explored the qualities and strengths of the housing team at @TheYCharity using @dr_treisman therapeutic treasure deck cards. What a team!!!
