most of the docs I’ve seen are just people announcing their leave but there have been a few that have been genuinely critiquing and I think those are kind of necessary >_< anything else does not require a Google doc or even a thread just a “goodbye” is genuinely enough

Screenshot of document saying: (Hello, OOMF SMP. We recognize that actions and decisions made by the staff team have caused considerable distress and raised valid concerns within the community. We want to assure everyone that we are taking these grievances seriously and are currently working on an official statement addressing the issues surrounding them. We ask for your patience as we put this statement together. We understand that these concerns deserve a thoughtful, thorough, and meaningful acknowledgment of everyone's frustrations. Once again, thank you for your patience and consideration as we take the time to properly address these concerns. We appreciate everyone who has taken the time to voice their thoughts, and we hope to provide greater clarity soon.)

also if you harass the mods for this, just block me right now. i believe they are good people who have simply made some mistakes. no one is devoid of that.

#oomfsmp is just a MESS😭 I can’t argue that it helped me with socialising and going out of my comfort zone, but like, dude.. this all was bound to happen at some point. It was one of the worse serves I’ve joined—not the WORST but it’s in the category somewhere, unfortunately.
