Free Bronson ⛓️‍💥
Britain’s most notorious prisoner, Charles Bronson (real name Michael Gordon Peterson), has been filmed singing to his 96-year-old mother, Eira Peterson, ahead of his ninth parole hearing. In a video recorded inside prison, he croons “What a Wonderful World” and sends her a message: “Alright my old Duchess, how are you girl? It’s me, it’s Charlie. Not seen you for a while – about nine years. Don’t forget you’re always in my heart.” Bronson was first jailed in 1974, aged 21, for armed robbery. He has been released only twice since, briefly in 1987 and again in 1992 and has remained in prison since 1993. In 2000 he received a life sentence for false imprisonment after taking a prison art teacher hostage for 44 hours. Over the decades he has taken 11 hostages across nine sieges and spent much of his time in solitary confinement or high-security units. Now 73, he is serving an indefinite sentence and is currently making his ninth bid for parole. @DailyMail

Tokenisation is becoming commoditised. For $SECZ to stay relevant they should buy/partner w/ crowdfunding platforms to own more of full funding cycle and create a pipeline to IPO. Crypto has taught us, investors globally are looking for cheap, undercard projects to invest in.
watching @tZERO going public is a reminder that tokenization’s value accrues to the regulated plumbing: trading, custody, brokerage, & particularly the transfer agent. Whoever keeps the official record of ownership controls how a token can move. its the same reason 4 more TAs signed on to NYSE’s tokenized platform this week.

@leemonbaird @ManceHarmon, To protect Hedera and the incredible legacy you two have built, I believe the most urgent step is a major restructuring: laying off more than 70% of the current workforce and rebuilding the organization with a lean, highly capable team that fully shares your vision and direction. Even contributing some of your own HBAR could be a meaningful way to help make this happen and demonstrate your commitment to Hedera’s future. Please, come back as soon as possible. Hedera needs your leadership now more than ever. With respect and hope for Hedera’s future.

The question is: when does SealSQ become part of that priority for the industry. Very annoying, and little suspect, that Carlos and his orgs always remove commenting and restrict community engagement. The future of business is to engage with its community.
STMicroelectronics’ introduction of hardware post-quantum cryptography in its ST54M chip is another strong signal that quantum-resistant security is becoming a semiconductor industry priority. At SEALSQ, we welcome this development. Building the post-quantum ecosystem requires investment, innovation and multiple trusted suppliers. ST54M combines NFC, secure element and eSIM functionality with hardware acceleration for ML-KEM and ML-DSA, targeting mobile services such as payments, digital identity and access control. Our QS7001 platform brings these same NIST-standardized post-quantum algorithms into hardware for connected devices and infrastructure, with applications across industrial systems, smart energy, healthcare and IoT. The approaches overlap in cryptography while serving different integration needs. For SEALSQ, the opportunity extends from secure silicon to device identity, PKI, provisioning and lifecycle security. As more manufacturers adopt hardware PQC, differentiation will increasingly depend on implementation security, independent evaluation, ease of integration and delivery. Supporting an algorithm is one step; protecting its keys and operations throughout a device’s life is the larger challenge. QS7001 V1 recently passed its Common Criteria EAL5+ technical security evaluation at SERMA, with final audits and formal certification still to follow. This is an important milestone as we advance the platform and its VaultIC409 and QVault TPM product families. The industry is moving toward hardware-anchored post-quantum security. Our focus is turning that transition into trusted, deployable solutions for customers. eetimes.com/stmicroelectroni… #SEALSQ #QS7001 #PostQuantumCryptography #Cybersecurity #Semiconductors #QuantumSecurity

I think the Hedera community shouldn't avoid this important conversation Technological superiority alone isn't enough. Hashgraph's capabilities must translate into meaningful adoption, sustainable network activity, real business use cases, and economic value

Hey @saylor have you tokenized @MicroStrategy shares as ISTs? Will you hold your own shares in “issuer sponsored” tokenized form? Please consider reaching out to @carlosdomingo at @Securitize

Rejecting tokenization of your stock is like rejecting inclusion in an index fund. You don’t create shareholder value by making your shares harder to own. Protect shareholder rights and expand access to capital.

How does everyone feel about @hedera funding the $HBAR ETF. NGL, I didn’t realise this until the legal cases came out. Seems like a bad investment to me. Better investment is making your token so valuable orgs want to ETF it regardless of your funding.

Unbelievable. Concern is less the outcome/events, just evidence of @hedera awful ops model. Large allocation of HBAR to indie orgs, w/out visible system for demo’ing economic value. Who lead this direction? What was reasoning? How much value for $HBAR has been created from this?

$HBAR -barians.. this is CRAZY ⬇️ @hedera spent years defining and promoting its compliancy moat and the benefits it gives it when dealing in traditional markets. NOW.. permissionless networks are favoured and it’s fighting to have its permissioned model recognised.
The SEC's tokenization exemption has a big open question: what counts as a "public, permissionless" blockchain? 🤔 The first 3 tokenized stock venues:
TSV LLC on @CantonNetwork
OKXICE on its own @Ethereum L2
Kephas Corp. on its own @Ethereum L2 Who wants what: @SolanaInstitute , @malekanoms and @lex_node want it tighter @hedera wants it wider @SIFMA wants clarity @BetterMarkets wants it scrapped Meanwhile, 22 of 62 companies have objected to having their shares tokenized on OKXICE. The rules for onchain stocks are being written right now & this graphic is a busy one!! Via @CryptoAmerica_ @EleanorTerrett.
