This is fucking egregious
Kevin Hart accused his best friend of 16 years of trying to extort him over a sex tape. His friend was arrested. Years later, every charge was dropped.
In the video below, J.T. Jackson says Hart’s team offered him money to stay quiet, and reveals what he demanded instead.
In 2017, Hart and Jackson went to Las Vegas together. Soon after, a secretly recorded video of Hart with another woman surfaced, while his wife was pregnant.
Someone demanded millions to keep the footage private. Hart went public, apologized to his family and said he wouldn’t let anyone profit from his mistakes.
In 2018, police arrested Jackson and charged him with extortion. He says he lost his career, his reputation and his peace of mind.
Prosecutors dropped the extortion charges, and by 2021 the entire case was gone.
Jackson says he agreed to a settlement under one condition: Hart had to publicly clear his name. He says Hart never said the one line he needed, that he “had nothing to do with it.”
Now he’s suing Hart for $12,000,000. Hart has not publicly responded to his claims.
If your best friend had you arrested for something you didn’t do, would you take his money and move on, or fight until he cleared your name

Howard Hughes died in 1976 worth about $2.5 billion, with no valid will. 3 weeks later, a handwritten will turned up leaving $156 million to a gas station attendant in Utah.
His name was Melvin Dummar. Real footage of him from 1978 below.
The will was found at the Mormon church headquarters in Salt Lake City.
His story: in December 1967, he found a disheveled old man on a desert highway north of Las Vegas. He drove him to the Sands Hotel. Only at the end did the man say he was Howard Hughes.
“I found an old man out in the desert between Tonopah and Beatty, Nevada,” Dummar told reporters.
Investigators found Dummar’s fingerprint on the will’s envelope. At first he said he knew nothing. Later he admitted he had delivered it to the church.
The case for Dummar. A retired FBI agent wrote in 2005 that Hughes’s staff remembered him arriving at the Sands in December 1967, saying a man had picked him up in the desert.
In June 1978, a Las Vegas jury ruled the will a forgery. Dummar got $0. He was never charged.
The $2.5 billion went to 22 cousins.
Hughes left $2.5 billion and no will. Dummar got a will and $0.
Do you believe Melvin Dummar picked up Howard Hughes in the desert?
