Pundits and news outlets that claim the Stevens endorsement “highlights Democratic tensions over Israel policy” are either ignorant or willfully misstating the facts. The antisemitic ad wasn’t about Israel policy. It was about blaming the Jews for all your problems. Much as El-Sayed has done the entire campaign. The split is over antisemitism, not Israel policy.
Mainstream Dems like Tommy are just upset the ad could hurt AES. They don't actually care about his rampant antisemitism.
They supposedly oppose all forms of hate, but find excuse after excuse when it comes to hatred of Jews.
Precisely
Hot take: this has less to do with Israel policy and more to do with the rise of antisemitism on the left.
Jewish voters have seen how the right has policed antisemitism within its own ranks versus how the left has, and are deciding that the right has done a better job at it.
And if you’re reacting to this with anger and hostility toward Jewish people, as I’ve already seen numerous Dems on here do, you’re only proving their point.
ISIS jew-killer plot spoiled in Minnesota
“I want to harm the jew just like the brothers in Australia Bondi Beach harmed the jews.”
That is not a manifesto from Gaza. That is Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud, an 18-year-old Somali-American in Minnesota, in an FBI affidavit, explaining why he bought an AK-47 and 200 rounds of ammo for the Mall of America. Because he thought Jews owned it. Because he wanted 30 to 60 dead so no one would go there again. Because he had already pledged allegiance to ISIS.
Bondi was for him the inspiration. October 7 had given him the permission. He won’t, unfortunately, be the last.

One of the most haunting pictures from the days just after Oct 7th, of two IDF soldiers crying at a home in Kibbutz Kfar Aza, that still had challah from the family’s holiday eve meal on the table when it was attacked by Hamas.
Photo taken by the peerless Ziv Koren.
Tomorrow is once again the day
And Thursday is the day diaspora Jews saw that people they thought were their friends were cheering on the barbarians who did this
Do not look away.
Remember the barbaric evil perpetrated on #October7Massacre by Hamas and why Israel was forced to fight back!

A student notices a curious gap in the discourse at Harvard:
“Examining the public comments of Harvard’s last four presidents, I was unable to find one reference to radical Islamism, even while they addressed major attacks.”
“In my searches of Harvard’s course catalog, I found just one class mentioning either ‘Islamism’ or ‘Islamist.’”
“Or take the offerings outside class…. When I searched for ‘Islamism’ or ‘Islamist’ in the Harvard Gazette, I found only a single event described across all of campus in the last two years.”
“Why aren’t we talking about this?”

MORE INFO: Captain Smit Machchhar, the flydubai pilot wounded in the cockpit attack, has described what happened.
The co-pilot asked to pray in the cockpit. Machchhar said he did not initially consider the request unusual. About 4 to 5 minutes later he was suddenly struck repeatedly in the back of the head. His vision became badly blurred and he then felt the aircraft enter a sharp descent.
He managed at one point to open the cockpit door, but the attacker shut it again. People outside were trying to get in using the cockpit access code. The co-pilot refused to grant them access from inside.
Lying on the cockpit floor, Machchhar recalled hearing the aircraft rushing downward and passengers screaming. Believing he might die, he said he gathered "one last fight," forced his way back to the door, reached the internal twist handle and opened it. That allowed people outside to enter the cockpit and regain control of the aircraft.

Breaking:
The Omani pilot said during his interrogation that he had planned to crash the plane into Ben Gurion Airport.
That is why he attacked the other pilot only while over Jordan, near Israel.
He planned to make a normal landing approach and, in the final seconds, when interception would no longer be possible, crash the plane into the terminal.
The plot was thwarted only thanks to the fateful decision of the injured Indian pilot to open the door at all costs.
