ordered a mattress from you folks which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. we had also ordered a bed which was supposed to come today. the though was that depending on the size of the mattress we'll update our bed size. amazon's delivery tat was violated (because of damaged packaging) and i was informed on call yesterday that i'll receive an update by tuesday on the delivery since the team doesn't work on sunday (or so i was told) since the bed was supposed to come today, this was acceptable since it'd allow us to get the mattress exchanged for the bigger/smaller/same variant (as the seller was sending it again and we were okay with any fluctuations in the price) the bed got delivered today, followed by the mattress 10-15 minutes later. called your CS only to hear that it's not at all your fault. followed by the nugget i posted previously.
