ALT a dark starry background, and a blue room where a bed sit next to windows looking out to the night sky. Psyche lies naked on a patterned bedframe amongst plants, her white hair arching around to the foot of the bed. She looks in wonder at Cupid - who is illuminated by the three candles she holds up. Cupid appears as a fleshy mass, strung within a halo, from which arrows eminate haphazardly.

ALT the busts of two figures, one looks in pain, as they're having their vocal cords yanked from a hole in their throat by the other, who clutches them in a bunch with their furthest hand. Their busts rest above a small basin.

ALT a figure with long dark hair and red eyes stands smiling. With both hands and their teeth, they calmly open a huge circular hole in their body. Blood pours profusely and the hole is full of hands. A window behind them shows a purple night scene

ALT a largely blue illustration showing a glimmering cityscape backed by a large crescent moon. The reflection of the skyscrapers in a river dissipates into a constellation. From ripples in the water emerges a dark, robotic, alien and angelic figure - holding a lance and somewhat guiding an orange shooting star.

ALT a comic cover for 'Alas', by me. A giant round skull in front of prison with a bleeding eye takes centre stage, to its side are a shakespeare in dramaatic posture, and a more hostile looking alien and gnome. The top of the cover is marked by crennelations
