This weather is giving grey, clammy and unnecessary... so obviously, we're fighting back with HEAT! Suya chicken 🍗 is SERVED, juicy, spicy and seasoned properly. One sprinkle and suddenly everybody wants to know what you put in the chicken. 🍗

Wait… Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble just dressed like Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet for Halloween. They really said “we can do it better.” Mom and stepdad just out-Halloween’d the original couple.

zendaya reportedly invited timothée chalamet to a private wedding party in ohio, where she told him she had been wanting them to link up for a long time. she then suggested they exchange partners, admitting she could no longer cope with tom holland and believed he felt the same way about kylie jenner.

I was travelling to a business meeting with my female boss when she suddenly moved into the seat beside me. Boss: “I want you to do something unusual for me.” Me: “What?” Boss: “For the next two hours, pretend we’re lovers. Hold my hand, flirt with me, and don’t call me your boss.” I laughed. Me: “Have you been drinking? What kind of request is that?” She leaned closer and whispered: Boss: “There’s a man in the next carriage who thinks I’m having an affair with you. I need him to believe it.” I stopped laughing. Me: “Who is this man?” She glanced towards the connecting door between the carriages. Boss: “My husband.” I stared at her. Me: “Your HUSBAND? Why would you want him to think we’re having an affair?” She took my hand before answering. Boss: “Because he has been following me. And I need him to see something that will make him stop.” Me: “You’re asking me to get involved in your marriage without even telling me what’s happening?” She squeezed my hand. Boss: “Please. Just play along until we reach our destination.”

Ever felt like you were the only person in your family who could do no right? You were blamed, criticized, and treated differently from everyone else. And whenever you tried to defend yourself, you became the problem. You may have been the family scapegoat. Here are 12 signs. 🧵

Sometimes I wonder if Kylie Jenner is truly 25 years old. She looks way older than that.

Father: "Why did you reject the contract? Do you know how much money that client was willing to pay us?" Daughter: "Because the contract would have put the company in a difficult position." Father: "Difficult position? This is how businesses grow. You take risks." Daughter: "Taking risks is different from accepting a project we cannot deliver." Father: "I've been running this company for 25 years. I didn't build it by being afraid of opportunities." Daughter: "And I'm not trying to destroy what you've built. I'm trying to make sure it survives." He dropped the document on his desk. Father: "You think because you studied business management abroad, you know more about running this company than I do?" Daughter: "No, Dad. But the market has changed, and the way we do business needs to change too." This happened in the family business my father had built over two decades. He started the company with three employees and a small office in Lagos. Through years of hard work, he grew it into a business with several departments, dozens of employees and clients across different states. After completing my MBA, I returned to Nigeria to help modernise the business. But there was one problem. My father believed that experience was more valuable than new ideas. I believed that experience was important, but refusing to adapt could eventually destroy everything he had worked for. For months, we disagreed about how the company should operate. He wanted to keep approving every major decision himself. I wanted department heads to have more responsibility. He believed customers should always get what they wanted. I believed we needed to stop accepting contracts that were financially unsustainable. One Monday morning, we received a major contract from a client. The money was attractive, but the delivery timeline was unrealistic. Our operations team had already warned us that accepting the contract would affect existing projects. I recommended that we renegotiate the timeline. My father disagreed. Father: "You are turning away money because of a few operational challenges?" Daughter: "I'm protecting the money we already have." Father: "When I started this company, I didn't have the luxury of rejecting opportunities." Daughter: "And that's why I respect what you built. But we shouldn't have to keep making the same decisions just because they worked 25 years ago." He looked at me silently. Father: "One day, you'll understand what it takes to keep a business alive." Daughter: "I hope I do. But I also hope we don't have to lose the business before we learn how to run it differently." He ended the conversation. A week later, the client agreed to our revised timeline. We delivered the project successfully without disrupting our existing contracts. A few days later, my father called me into his office. Father: "I looked at the numbers. You were right about that contract." Daughter: "Thank you, Dad." Father: "But don't think you're always going to be right." Daughter: "I wouldn't expect that." He smiled. Father: "That's the problem with running a family business. Sometimes, I don't know whether I'm talking to my daughter or my business partner." Daughter: "Maybe you need to learn to listen to both." We both laughed. That conversation taught me something important. Building a successful business requires courage, but keeping it successful requires the willingness to question old decisions.

Have you noticed how quiet X has become lately? Since the new monetisation policy started, many people have gone silent or left the platform altogether. I've lost about 40% of my mutuals since the policy began. Even the most active accounts are feeling the impact. It just goes to show that when the rules change, even the big players can feel the heat. Even the rich also cry.

Absolutely shocked and stunned seeing that Michael Carrick wrote this piece about the Glazers in his 2018 autobiography No wonder why he won’t speak about the ownership. It’s a disgrace. He’s a coward
