You reap what you sow. Laying off so many people for AI was not the play.

How it feels wanting to give up opening chests for 13 hours then remembering theres a Teto skin we need to get

I started playing Dead by Daylight years ago. 1,396 hours. Uninstalled.
I stopped playing because of the player base, and this week is proving exactly why.
Behaviour gave one of the biggest streamers on Twitch every character so he could play the game properly on stream. Behaviour's own statement says unlocking content for creators trying the game is normal. That's promotion. That's new eyes on a game that needs them.
And the community's response? Pile on the streamer, then send threats to the community manager who set it up. Over characters. In a video game.
You want new players, but you attack the biggest streamer to give your game a shot, and you go after the staff who made it happen. Then you wonder why nobody new sticks around.
I loved this game. I put nearly 1,400 hours into it. But this is why I left, and honestly, watching this, I'm glad I did.
It's a game. Get over it.

This weekend, a Dead by Daylight team member awarded in-game content and currency to a creator streaming our game. Although it is not unusual to unlock content to give creators discovering DbD a chance to have a sneak peek at available content, this decision was made without receiving appropriate approvals. Furthermore, the team member's subsequent comments and conduct do not align with Dead by Daylight’s core values.
When concerns about this decision became apparent during the stream, we should have responded by looking into these concerns, not dismissing them.
Unfortunately, we’ve now seen the fallout of this decision unfolding in many conversations across the DbD community. We appreciate and stand with our community’s willingness to ensure our shared values are being upheld, at all times, regardless of popularity, and we’re heartbroken at the inflammatory language now being directed towards our community.
At the same time, threatening employees will never be acceptable, and we’re asking everyone to stop engaging with these posts.
We apologize to our community for letting you down. We have already begun reviewing our internal processes to prevent an incident like this from happening again.

In case you’re employed, Dead by Daylight is apologizing for giving Burnt Peanut all paywalled characters in the game while he streamed it, then in fun banter saying “we can take the heat!” in his stream chat when some DbD content creators and players started complain brigades on Twitter.
They shouldn’t have apologized for this, it’s overdramatic backlash led by some of the softest individuals with an internet connection I’ve ever seen.
But since PR statement apologies do nothing of any consequence but might still be enough to shut these babies up, then maybe it was the right move after all.
Carry on.

So @DeadbyDaylight, a game about killing people brutally is getting flamed cause an employee talked in a peanuts stream? How the absolute fuck did we get here as a society where people are crying over a guy larping as a peanut???
I was so excited cause the @BronyTunes app was working again after YEARS! Got to listen to some of my old bangers but the app just died again. God I miss it so much. #Bronytunes
This right here is why I switched to a trade school. Anything with computers is game over for career.
Every game is moddable now!
I packaged everything Claude learned modding Terraria and Age of Empires into universal-modder: skills + tools that let Claude Code mod almost any game you own. Engine recon, decompiling, @fal sprites/3D/audio, testing in the real game, even the showcase video.

The video compiles unrelated mods by other creators (e.g. Minecraft in Elden Ring by @TobynJacobs; real-time battles in Pokémon Emerald by @germanburgardt), not work from the advertised repo. Only the final Terraria/AoE clips match its examples.

Thank you for copywrite striking Springtrap jorking it so this could become the worst kept secret in modern gaming.
I currently have 4 more Limestone Pie plushies being made!
2 I have put money down for already. I cannot wait for them to get made! Only one has been previously made before so it’s the only one I can share a picture of. Current Limey Plush Count: 8
Soon 4 more will be added!
I’m sorry but for the people not understanding why 343 is gone. They made bad games. Thats it. CE was received poorly, Halo 4 was decisive, halo mcc launched like ass and took years to fix, halo 5 was garbage, infinite was wasted potential, and CE 2 was just a disgrace.
