New preprint last week, first author Dr. @jamie_grit ! 🚨 In this paper, we demonstrate a novel role of p53 regulating MET therapy resistance in NF1-related MPNSTs (chemotherapy resistant sarcomas that are a leading cause of death in NF1).

Ending the year strong with a new preprint publication! 🎉 Using a rat breast cancer model, 🐀 we show that Nf1 LOF results in epithelial lineage plasticity during mammary development and tumor progression, as well as promoting EMT-mediated invasion.
