Passo 2: abra o Flow, do Google, no Chrome e cole:

Você ganha a relação.

in @ycombinator they teach you how to do growth in a very specific way (which is very different in 2026 than prior)
Here’s the new best ways to get customers via outbound:
1/ offer absurd value in your 1st message
- if the lead is running ads → offer a few ad concepts you think would work better
-if they launched an affiliate program → offer a shortlist of partners already promoting similar products
-if they’re launching a product → a list of creators you recommend to help them do distribute
etc, etc. - these types of outbound offers absolutely CRUSH in 2026 - you’d have to be a fool to turn them down.
2/ breaking outside the norms on channels
everyone’s inbox is full of the same AI-written paragraphs so give them something different.
-if they posted about a problem → send a voice note with how you’d approach it
-if you spot something you could improve on their website→ record a 60-second loom showing exactly what you’d change
-if you build something for them → send a quick video walking through it
People LOVE and value authenticity more than anything now, these types of messages actually perform BETTER now in 2026 than pre-AI
voice notes, loom videos
3/ consider invitations if you’re closing $10k+ contracts
In your outbound email/message, give people a reason to meet you before asking them to buy from you.
-host a small dinner → invite a handful of people in the same industry who’d benefit from knowing each other
-start a company youtube show → invite prospects on to talk about something they know better than you
-offer to visit their office → shoot content about their business and give them the clips to post
you get a relationship + they get connections, exposure, or content they can actually use.
And yes, you can fully automate all 3 parts of this with the demo in the vid, here’s how:
1/ setup Auto-reply agent with a custom offer in Origami
2/ record a voice sample in origami, let it clone + add them to your messages
3/ Steer the campaigns to orient around invitations
will be back posting 2-3 more growth hacks every single week
O algoritmo do X é público.

X’s algorithm is public. And most advice about growing on X is missing the point.
I dug through the actual 2026 source code.
Here’s how X decides whether your post gets 500 impressions or 500,000:
1. X predicts behavior BEFORE ranking your post.
Its Phoenix AI model estimates how likely each person is to:
• Like your post
• Reply or quote it
• Repost or share it
• Send it through DMs
• Click and spend time reading
• Follow your account
• Mute, block or report you
Every person gets a personalized ranking.
2. Not all engagement predictions carry equal weight.
Actual weights from X’s code:
• Copy-link share: 20.0
• Quote: 5.0
• DM share: 5.0
• Follow: 4.0
• Repost: 1.0
IMPORTANT: These are weights on predicted probabilities, NOT points awarded per engagement.
One reply isn’t automatically worth 7.6 likes.
3. Negative feedback matters. A lot.
X also predicts whether someone will:
• Mark your post “Not interested”
• Mute your account
• Block you
• Report your content
• Scroll past without engaging
These predictions negatively affect ranking.
Controversy might generate replies, but attracting the wrong audience can work against you.
4. Your audience matters more than your follower count.
X pulls posts from:
• Accounts people follow
• AI-based interest matching
• Communities of similar users
• Popular recent posts
The goal isn’t reaching everybody.
It’s reaching people most likely to care about your content.
5. Freshness is built into the system.
The published For You pipeline filters posts older than 48 hours.
It also reduces repeated exposure to the same author and filters posts people have already seen.
Publishing 15 times doesn’t mean dominating someone’s feed.
6. Smaller creators actually have an opportunity.
X includes a new-author boost designed to give eligible, lower-exposure accounts additional consideration.
That doesn’t guarantee impressions, but it means the system isn’t exclusively designed for huge accounts.
So what would I actually do to grow?
Pick 2–3 closely related topics and become recognizable for them.
Write hooks that make your target audience stop scrolling.
Publish original insights, numbers, examples and useful frameworks.
Create content people want to quote or privately share.
Start genuine conversations instead of begging for engagement.
Avoid repetitive content that makes people mute you.
Study which posts attract replies, shares and new followers, not just likes.
The biggest takeaway?
Stop optimizing for likes.
Start creating posts that the RIGHT people are likely to read, discuss, share and remember.
That’s a much better way to approach the X algorithm.

O passo a passo 🧵

it's f*cking wild darkugc.com is free (not paid to post this btw)
you have no excuse to not know what organic content to test + run as ads for your app
here's how I'd use it if I were starting an app today:
MAP YOUR NICHE
- pull the top videos in your category from the last 30 days. Write down 4 things for each: the hook, the format, how the app shows up, the CTA. After 25 videos you'll see the same 3-4 formats winning over and over, those are your first tests
COPY THE SKELETON
- top format might be
"POV: you find out the app does X" or
"I tried X for 30 days"
take the structure and rebuild it around your one best feature, write 3-5 hooks per skeleton. The hook does 90% of the work
STEAL YOUR COMPETITORS CREATORS
- search every creator who already posted for your top 5 competitors. They already know the niche and have proof it works for them. this is the easiest outreach list you'll ever find
WATCH WHAT COMPETITORS KEEP RUNNING
- One viral video is luck, but the same format posted 20 times by one brand means it's printing money, so you better test it
FILTER FOR YOUR AHA MOMENT
- plenty of viral UGC gets millions of views and zero downloads, our benchmark was 5 downloads per 1,000 views. Find formats that show the app in action and make sure it's easy to see the value of the app and you clearly understand what it does in 3-5 seconds
RUN IT EVERY WEEK
- new winners in, 10 fresh tests out, best organic videos go to paid. Keep a log of which borrowed formats actually converted for YOUR app, and that log becomes the playbook nobody can copy
or you can just paste the prompt below into Claude or ChatGPT (with the DarkUGC MCP connector on) and it'll run this exact workflow for you
thank me later
