If you’re 30 and still don’t have…
• $500k invested
• $50K cash
• 6-12 months of emergency expenses
• A plan for retirement
You have wasted your 20s
A friend from college reached out…
Got laid off as a manager at Microsoft
Made $320k and can’t land a new job
His mortgage is over $8k/month
Said he runs out of money in 10 months
Has a wife and 3 young kids
Usually confident but sounded dejected and unsure if he can get a new job
You never think it’ll be you

When I moved to South Florida I realized you can actually be in a good mood most of the time
Growing up in the northeast I was miserable 80% of the year
It is absolutely beyond me that people stay up there in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts…
When you have paradise with no state income tax just a few hours south of you
There is no downside to living in South Florida

Most people making lots of money have their head in the sand when it comes to building wealth
If you aren’t extremely intentional about how you deploy your capital
Your net worth simply will not grow
Because human beings naturally expand with the resources we’re given
If you’re making 10k/month you’ll have a lifestyle that supports that income
When you start making 50k/month you’ll naturally expand into a lifestyle that supports the increased income
So you can’t think you’re winning and achieving success just because your income is high
Trust me, I get it
When you make tons of active income it feels incredible
But you have to understand that high income is only the first part of the game
The majority of the game is how you deploy the income
How much capital are you investing into ETFs every month?
How much real estate are you buying to mitigate tax liability while increasing cashflow and equity pay down over time?
These are the things you have to dial in at a high level to build the wealth you’re after
Most people still don’t understand just how amazing Florida is
I‘ve lived in NYC, Massachusetts, Vermont, spent lots of time in California…
Nothing compares to South Florida
The weather. The peace. The people. The politics.
Best state in the US and it’s not remotely close.
I have a friend who’s worth $8m at 31 years old
Married with 2 kids
And his wife has no idea they’re millionaires
When I asked why
He said he’s the saver
And she’s the spender
So he’s terrified of what their monthly expenses would look like if his wife knew their financial situation…
What a brutal spot to be in
Marry someone with the same values as you
Who views money in a similar way to you
Get on the same page with your spouse on your finances
And attack the mission together
Building wealth together is far more fulfilling than going at it alone
Beautiful! @FarroYossi @whop
Just wrapped Tefillin with the team at @Whop, the $5.1 billion startup revolutionizing the American Dream!
had the opportunity to wrap Tefillin with several members of the team, some for the very first time in their lives.
Together, we celebrated and thanked Hashem following the company’s $200 million Series D, led by @Shopify and @sequoia.
What made it even more special was seeing everyone get involved, including non-Jewish cofounders like @czoob3 who joined us for the experience.
@Whop is truly an incredible story. Earlier this year, @justinmateen was telling me about the company, and I was blown away. A group of young entrepreneurs in their early 20s building a multibillion-dollar empire. And today, I finally had the opportunity to visit their headquarters and meet the team.
Thank you @Zarfati for making this happen and bringing the mitzvah of Tefillin to your coworkers and friends.
A truly beautiful experience!
Here’s how you can manifest your goals, dreams, and desires…
And it’s not by shouting affirmations in the mirror or putting a mansion and a yellow Lamborghini on a “vision board”
Modern teachings on manifestation carry some powerful truths..
A positive attitude…
Speaking carefully…
Avoiding negative self-talk…
Living with gratitude…
These ideas have deep roots in Jewish wisdom
But there’s something essential missing from the way they’re often taught:
We do not determine our own success
We have a responsibility to act…
To work…
To pursue our goals…
But the outcome comes from G-d
And the way we invite His blessings…
Is to thank Him endlessly for what we already have.
To ask Him for what we desire
To give generously, as He gives to us
And to pursue our goals with trust that He is the source of every blessing
This is the missing piece in manifestation…
Our effort creates the vessel
But it is Hashem who fills it
It is God who rewards the relentless positivity…
Who answers song of praise and gratitude with tremendous blessings
Turning manifestation into reality.
Chassidic Jews are so misunderstood
By both Jews and non-Jews…
The irony is that a movement so often viewed today as extreme fundamentalism began as a radical challenge to the religious establishment
Rabbi Yisrael Baal Shem Tov, the founder of the Chassidic movement, led a revolution to infuse the downtrodden Jewish world of the 18th century with joy, light, and meaning
Chassidic thought has a profound depth I’ve barely begun to explore…
But one of its central teachings has deeply resonated with me:
To elevate the mundane
To reveal the light and spiritual potential within every part of our day. Every life event. Every human interaction
To make the physical world a dwelling place for G-d
An ordinary meal, an honest business dealing, a kind word to a stranger… each becomes an opportunity to bring holiness into the world
Yet so much of this gets lost in how people perceive Chassidic Jews
Behind the unfamiliar dress and customs is a rich spiritual tradition with so much to teach us…
And this is my humble attempt to share a little of its light
Building wealth from cashflow and high income is an amazing grind
Chipping away week after week…
Gambling capital on advertising and customer acquisition…
Rollercoaster of constant wins and challenges
Stashing away profit and investing into equities, real estate…
Weighing the importance of tax strategy with wealth creation
So grateful to be a player in this amazing game
Hashem is constantly working and operating behind the scenes in such a way that is far beyond human comprehension!
We cannot see the master plan
Where things are headed
Why certain challenges are presented at certain times
Why certain people our lives to play certain roles
Why pain and tragedy exists
But we are never alone
G-d is always with us
Guiding everything meticulously and perfectly for the good!
I remember watching Adam Robinson on Moneywise months ago
So tragic
May he and his family rest in peace
I’m actively buying portfolios of single family homes…even with today’s rates
Nice $110k houses with $1500 rents in good areas pencils at 8% rates
It’ll cashflow today, generate a significant tax deduction this year…
And build tremendous equity over time
You marry the property, not the rate..
Can refi if and when rates flash drop in next 15 years
When rates double
I’m going to bring property management in house for around 30% of my rental portfolio and see how it goes
Remote team member + one in person maintenance guy who’s awesome and can run point for all boots on the ground activity
Anyone have a good maintenance guy in Detroit? Have a portfolio of single family homes and duplexes..want great go-to guy
