The RasMale agreement need not be made public because an agreement between two individual parties is a private affair. 2. Not even a Terms Sheet Agreement has been signed yet. This is coming from an MP immediately after an info session on the very issue. Dear PNC, Rasmale is a matter of enormous national and political significance. At the very least, educate your MPs on the basics before sending them out to confuse the public further and fuel even more public outrage.
